I had stayed here for about 1months. I was very satisfied everything. It is near by shopping center and nice restraunts. If I choose bad thing in here, it is only about parking lot. It has a parking space but you should pay for it. This is only one bad thing.

전반적으로 쏘쏘합니다 다만 위치는 정말 아닙니다. 죽은 상권 내에 있어서 주변에 뭐가 없고 어딜가든 멀리 가야하네요 밤에는 치안도 조금 걱정되는 곳이에요

최악입니다. 호텔스 닷컴평점이 좋아 간단히 묵고 싶어서 사전 지불을 하고 호텔로 어렵게(찾기가 힘듭니다.. 표시도 잘 안되있고..) 찾아서 오후 2시경 체크인을 할려고 하는데 .. 직원이 하는말이 제가 예약한 방이 어제 다른 사람이 묵으면서 파티를 해서 물건들이 다 부서져서 숙박이 안된다고 하더군요.. 어이가 없어서 ... (사전에 연락도 없었습니다.) 어찌 어찌해서 본인들이 다른 4성급 호텔을 예약을 해주고 조식 주차 모두 무료로 포함해서 불편하지 않게 해준다고 4시까지 기다려 달라고 하더군요.. 네.. 짜증나고 열받지만 어쩔수 없이 기다렸습니다.. 4시까지 기다리니 직원이 2유로를 달라고 하더군요 본인이 텍시타고 호텔가서 어렌지를 해놔야 한다고 .. ㅋㅋ 네 알겠습니다. 던져 줬습니다 너무 힘들어서 .. 우여곡절끝에 2시간 넘게 기다려서 안내 해준 호텔로 갔더니.. 4성이 맞는지 ... 어처구니 가 없더군요 호텔 이름은 골든 파크 호텔 입니다. 중앙역 건너편에 있는.. 방을 들어갔더니 정말 여인숙 보다 못하더군요.. 네.. 너무 힘들고 피곤해서 그냥 팔자려니 하고 하루 쉬었습니다. (뜨거운 물도 잘 안나옵니다..) 다음날 일찍 일어나서(조금이라도 있기 싫어서..) 조식 당연히 구리겠지만 커피라도 한잔하고 갈려고 갔더니.. 조식이 체크가 안돼있다고 합니다. 하 .. 너무 짜증나서 리셉션에 내려가서 얘기했더니 자기는 모르겠다고 조식 포함이 안돼있다고 합니다. 그래서 여기 호텔 담당자에게 전화를 계속 하는데도 전화를 안받더군요 네 그래서 그냥 나가서 햄버거 먹었습니다. 부다를 처음 방문했는데 느낀점은 헝가리안들 정말 사기꾼세끼들만 있는거 같습니다. 절대 비추 합니다. 이 호텔 정식으로 항의 할겁니다. 참고 하시기 바랍니다.

숙소와 주차장이 떨어진점이 제일 불편했지만 숙소 근처에 큰쇼핑몰과 카페등이 있어서 그런점은 편리합니다

부다페스트에서 드물게 모던한 분위기의 숙소였습니다. 코빈 지역은 정말 편리하고요, 숙소 바로 옆에 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다.

차량을 가지고 이동하시는 분들께는 좋은 곳이라 추천하고 싶습니다 4인가족 이용하는데 문제없고,주위에 걸어서 쇼핑 및 식당도 이용가능하고,무엇보다 객실청결도가 맘에 들었으며, 리셉션데스크의 위치를 찾는데 시간이 걸리긴했지만,매우친절하게 안내해 줬습니다 주말에 이용하시는 분은 바로근처의 코빈플라자 지하주차장에 주차하시면 무료로이용할수 있습니다

호텔닷컴을 통해 처음 숙박시설을 이용했는데 숙소도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요.콘도식이라서 취사도구도 잘 구비되어 있어서 편했습니다.주위에 쇼핑몰도 있어서 빌요한건 바로 구매가능했어요. 직원도 너무 친절해서 무척 만족스러웠습니다.

We have payed when we reserved it. When they ask me to pay the city tax, I tried to pay with cash. They asked me to pay by credit for the security reason. They even wrote down the whole information of my card in separate paper. Two days later, in three minutes after the office hours, 17 transactions were made charging upto $800. Still they claim that writing down all the card information is legal. Normally the hotel charge to the credit card a certain amount for deposit needed and they cancel it. Simply avoid this place.

매우 깔끔하고, 팬션같은 느낌을 주었음. 안전(!) 합니다 (방에까지 들어가는데 3중 시큐리티) 하여, 투숙자들끼리 따로 다닐꺼면, 조금 불편할 수도 있음 (키 하나 제공) 특히, 지하주차장에 차를 주차할 수 있어 편했습니다 (거리보다 안전)

Las indicaciones de funcionamiento nos las dijo un estudiante que no tenía ni idea; de hecho, no sabía ni dónde se encontraba el apartamento. El apartamento está muy bien, en un bloque más o menos moderno y bien situado, no demasiado al centro de la ciudad, pero bien comunicado, con tiendas muy cercanas. Tenía falta de limpieza en rincones y bajo los muebles, alguna bombilla fundida.

Bien placé, magnifique appartement, dans un très beau bâtiment. L'accueil est sympathique mais la réception est un peu difficile à trouver. Les appartements se trouvent dans les bâtiments alentours et celui que l'on a eu était très bien entretenu et propre. Cuisine, salon, chambre, salle de bain et toilettes séparées, balcon, l'appartement comprenait même un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Cependant, aucun détergent n'était inclu, ni pour le lave-linge, ni pour le lave-vaisselle. Obligés d'aller acheter des boîtes entières de 20,30,50 pièces, pour 3 jours... Dommage ! Sinon, pas de ménage inclus (c'est en supplément) et ils n'y a pas assez de serviettes, ni aucun torchon pour la cuisine.

Horrible customer service and no accountability. While the hotel itself is relatively clean, the hotel staff is beyond incompetent and does not care about the clients. We booked well in advance the hotel and we specified that we needed access to the room's freezer to store medication that is vital to a family member. They told us in advance that they would be able to do so. However when we arrived, they misplaced the medication and never placed it in the freezer, causing it to go bad. This was very bad as the medication is required for the health of my family member and had the effect of cutting our trip short and we had to spend a lot of money to fly back home earlier than anticipated. When we confronted them, they never took accountability for their actions and never offered us anything more than a cheap 30 euro room upgrade. This was beyond insulting as their error costed us thousands of dollars. They flat out refused to take the blame and never offered us a refund even if it was clearly their fault. They even refused to engage in a dialog with the Hotels.com staff. This sort of behaviour is beyond unacceptable and shows that amateurs run this hotel. I would advice against staying in this hotel as they truly do not care about the wellbeing or their clients and make absolutely no efforts to take accountability and try to resolve truly important health challenges that occur because of their incompetence.

Plus för att det fanns diskmedel och svamp. Minus att det inte fanns salt och att det luktade mögel i badrummet. Annars var det trevlig lägenhet! Rent och snyggt, tyst på natten.

Very nice apartment close to dining and shopping. Metro was a short walk away. Good AC, full fridge and kitchen ustensiles.

Only issue I had with property is that in morning electrical issue caused WiFi, bathroom light and kitchen area out of electricity and there no emergency contact and office was only available between 10 am to 1 am which I understand is big window but still it's common now most of apartments to provide support 24x7..overall it is great location and flat.

Lovely location. Didn’t like the small towels provided-take your own. Booked 2 bedroom apartment & it stated there would be a balcony- door opened onto a tiny square space only one person could stand on. Oven but no oven tray or oven gloves so not able to use. Easy access to public transport links or taxis. Property a bit dated.
