Nice place & recommended for staycation

Staff are really nice! Rooms are good too. Worth the money.

The staff in pool have attitude (Male) I know my friend kind of fault at it. They go to the upstair not knowing that it was forbidden to go upstairs. He approached my friend by saying Ey Ey Ey Ey! Bawal pumasok dyan! He approach to us was really bad that's why we go back asap in our rooms. While coming back down we try to use the elevator takes to long cause they are using it for delivery of food. So that why we use the stair case from 32 to 29 floor. The restaurant staff and pool staff are not accommodating. And they didn't know the word hospitality. We just try city garden if the service was great but its disappoint us. The bed in room 2909 2906 2904 it makes sound every time you move. The room was dusty and there some dried fruits in cabinet. Over all the room is not clean. I got some skin rushes. I'll point out at this as I compare your hotel the service is not really great. Me and my friends are always staying at hotel for fun, its either I am hotel, dusit, city dreams, okada and many more. The most wonderful service is manila peninsula that's why we are always coming back at there. I wish do something about it. Still soon I'll come back.

Wow love this hotel rooms p2 is huge and clean good location near from malls and embassies staff are friendly. Best is the rooftop amazing view skyline in makati wow just amazing and the food of the restaurant is super yummy thanks to Mark the manager.

Since I used an early morning flight, I arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am. My initial plan is : >> Go to the hotel to leave my suitcase >> Then heading to Sunday Market until noon and return to the hotel when the check-in time arrived. Do you know what happened? The staff allowed me to do an early check-in, even I'm not asked for it. Then I asked, "isn't the check-in supposed to be at 2 o'clock?" The receptionist staff (Ms. Hyfah) said that if the room is available, then she would help me to check in, so I don't have to wait until 2 pm. Then when I said that I can't have a breakfast tomorrow (Due to breakfast time at the hotel starts at 6, while at that time I should go to the office to avoid traffic jams) Ms. Hyfah offered me to deliver the breakfast to my room according to the time I requested. such a great service ! And, there is a lot of type of breakfast there starting from Asian food - Middle east - and Western food (I can take my breakfast at 2nd day until my last day there)

Good service and clean rooms but the connections/settings of the cable on TV cannot function well so we tend to turn off the TV.

The hotel is perfect to stay for convention, honeymoon, seminars and the hotel staff are so accommodating.. all the room boys, maintenance are so friendly.. the room is clean, spacious, has clean towel, beddings. I will recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and looks exactly the same on the pictures. We checked in around 12nn and they even allowed us without any additional fees. The only very minor concern is that they only provided towels/slippers for 2 people when we’re 3 in the room. But they immediately provided us with them when we asked for it.

While I enjoyed my stay, the elevator is so slow and limited..Took us a long time before we can go up & down..Breakfast buffet is ok but not really outstanding..

This hotel is perfect for staycation. The rooms are nice and clean. Perfect view in the pool area and restaurant. Staffs are very accommodating and approchable especially Ms. Jane in the front desk that accommodates us well when we arrive at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and be back again soon.
