I ask for a family room, balcony. But I get a room without the balcony as in the picture. The room is not clean. But the service is ok .

Recommended. Everything is just nice suitable for the price. Been here three times already. Easy to spot. Clean room. Cool air. Food is delicious. Staff very friendly. But, my Muslim say not really suitable for them. Oya the manager is a kind Chinese guy and the restaurant serve no pork.

Bad service. It's not worth your money staying here. Receptionist didn't stay at their table like what the f*ck. Stupid service. I'm suggesting all tourist not to stay here. Wasting your money only.

Agak memuaskan, layanan staf baik, bilik ok, view sebelah pagi agak cantik, lagi cantik kalau halangan pokok2 tu di potong skit, supaya nampak pemandangan dengan jelas.

Untuk birder yang cdg untuk ke KNP, ini tempat strategik, dekat jalan tar & boleh sampai di KNP. Di bahagian kantin pun ada tempat best untuk shot gambar burung. Cuma untuk muslim, mungkin akan rasa kurang selesa psl di kantin ada anjing peliharaan pemilik (menimbulkan rasa was-was berkenaan makanan & kebersihan w/pun ada sign 'serve no pork') . Saya sukakan tempat ini & selesa bersama keluarga. Maaf kalo komen ini tidak sesuai.

No heater provided as that is the basic appliance they should have in kundasang

Our dinner is super... fried egg/fried local vegetable... spicy seafood soup ❤️ We choose to stay at family room type because we need 2 beds for 2 people. The toilet drainage in one room is not work properly. But with the price we pay... we love this guesthouse 🤗
