직원들이 친절해서 페낭에 가면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶어요. 정말 감사합니다.

Hotel not have counter, better stay at 11 mcallister. Other than that look good!

Check in nya agak jauh, harus ke 118 Macallister, check out juga begitu. Tidak praktis. Kamar bersih, AC dingin.

Hotel bersih, pelayanan ramah, tempat strategis.

Kamarnya bersih meski tidak terlalu luas, hotelnya lumayan strategis, tapi agak susah cari lokasi tepatnya kalau mau pesan grab, Mal jadi tidak pusing kalau cari makanan. staffnya ramah, gercep, di lobby ada kopi dan teh.

I checked in in the late night, reception is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, aircon, bed and bath is great, there is hot water ready. I stay for 2 nights. Location is very convenient, many restaurant and hawkers can be reached by walking distance. Thank you very much

118 Hotel is the perfect hostel to stay in Georgetown, only 2 minutes walk from Komtar and several shopping malls. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Positive: hot water shower, clean room, and friendly staff. Hotel location near Komtar and Gama supermarket. Negative: WiFi really slow and sometimes having problem connecting, limited TV channel

Kamarnya kecil, standard lah, tapi bersih, kamar mandi juga standard. Ada air panasnya juga, hotelnya gampang dicari, dekat komtar dan di sekitar hotel dekat untuk ke restoran yang murah meriah juga, boleh lah kalau hanya untuk sekedar tidur 1 malam.

Puas, service-nya bagus, kamar rapi dan bersih.

hotel nya gampang u d cari dekat dgn comtar + nasi kandar yg murah ukuran kamar nya kecil , tp ok ada ac + kipas angin juga deposito 50 RM (dibalikin saat cek out) bayar tax tourism 12 RM / kamar

There are pros and cons of this hotel. Pros : 1. Extremely near with komtar, walking distance only about 3 mins. Approx. 150m. 2. Nearby Chinese food home restaurant, where you can get to eat Kway Teow Theng (rice noodles soup) 3. The room is clean and comfortable 4. 24 hours reception desk 5. The price is quite economic. Cons : 1. No lift, only stairs. Not family friendly if you bring elders or young kids 2. The old man receptionist wasn't really friendly. On night shift, the young guy was very friendly. 3. No tea is provided. 4. No breakfast provided. Note: Tourism tax RM 10 + room tax RM 2 / night / room Deposit RM 50 will be returned on check out They allowed luggage to be put on receptionist when our room wasn't ready yet (11 am)
