Very convenient for walking around Kings Lynn. Room was really clean and on ground floor, in garden annex. Quiet with patio table in garden. Breakfast options included full English cooked to order or omelet. Also coral, yogurt or porridge. Carl and his wife were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Good off street parking.

Good Breakfast Menu, cooked to order, and plentiful. Easy to park in car park at side of guest house, if full there is free parking on the road outside. Beds were really comfortable and firm. .

Lovely warm welcome, excellent parking facilities. Spotlessly clean, room and bathroom. Breakfast-delicious! Location fab, you can walk into Kings Lynn in 20 minutes. Also, as a lovely surprise, we were gifted a bottle of Prosecco and a birthday card for my wife’s birthday. Pretty garden too you can sit in. Nothing to fault at all, so thank you very much.

Brilliant stay. Good for Kings Lynn centre and hospital. Everything is thought of, fresh milk for coffee. Lovely car park and amazing breakfast. Karl is very friendly with an amazing memory. We felt very welcome. Will be back!

Everything was exemplary.

A second lovely stay at Fairlight and will definitely be back for a third. Stayed in the main house this time and was a big toom for one person. Breakfast didn't disappoint and a great choice. If you can't see it just ask. Jude and Karl are great hosts and keep a lovely clean premises. Can't wait to come back and stay in one of the newly renovated rooms!

Everything we expected after reading the reviews. The hosts are welcoming and have an excellent knowledge of the local area. They have thought of everything that you might need. Location very good, ten minutes walk from the town and train station and a beautiful park on the doorstep. Good choice of breakfast options and good quality produce. Would highly recommend a stay here

Really nice stay lovely people

We stayed here for two nights. The accommodation was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Jude and Karl were both welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice place to stay, well with in walking distance to the town centre. There is a nice park at the end of the road. The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and well cooked. Karl and Jude were great hosts and were very helpful.

The Fairlight holds a special place in our hearts now. We will be back and hopefully soon. Thank you so much Jude and Carl

The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars and restaurants to eat in .Would definitely stay again if I am in the area .
