The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. We had a room with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the window, so every morning I enjoyed checking the weather while looking at the Golden Gate Bridge. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which was very convenient. Transportation was also convenient, and although you need to walk a bit, you can walk to the Crissy Field East Beach, which makes for a great morning jogging route. There's a restaurant called HomePlate right downstairs where you can have breakfast, which was very convenient to use. The only downside was that the elevator was quite old and a bit scary - it made some noises! Other than that, we had such a comfortable stay that I would definitely want to visit this hotel again on my next trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

샌프란시스코의 여러 관광명소를 방문하기 최적의 장소에 위치하고 있고, 룸키로 오픈할수 있는 지하 주차장까지 있어서 좋았다. 주차장에는 cctv가 곳곳에 있어서 매우 안전한 느낌을 받았다. 체크인전에 짐을 맡겨놓고 다닐수 있는점, 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 맡겨놓고 다닐수 있었다. 로비 직원들도 모두 친절했고 방 상태도 좋았다. 영어를 잘 못함에도 우리 요구사항을 잘 파악하고 핸들링해준 Sandy의 친절함에 감동. 도로 바로 앞이라 밤에 차소리는 조금 시끄러움 1.It's very good place to go everywhere in Sanfrancisco 2.room was clean 3.staff are all kind and nice Specially, thx for Sandy, she was great for us. 4.many restaurants are very close 5. 위치가 좋아서 여행 중에 쉬거나 식당 가기에 좋아요. 스윗이라 소파랑 식탁 공간도 넉넉해서 쾌적했고 ㅐ일 청소도 해주니 모두 만족스러웠어요. 근처에 깨끗한 빨래방도 있어서 일주일 여행이 편안했습니다.

주변에 노숙자가 없고 다운타운보다 동네자체가 세련되고 좋습니다

Just a one night stay so we didn’t experience a lot at the hotel. Room has been renovated; it is spacious and very nice. Hotel has its own parking lot. Hotel is a bit out of the downtown area.

Beds are so comfortable and good pillows. Location great walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and morning coffee.

I have stayed at this property many times. It’s a great value for the money. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Plus the price includes parking which can be $50 a day.

Great property but this time my room was a victim of a smoker who disregarded the no smoking rule. Also, extra pillows are a must as the pillows provided are inadequate.
