그냥 기대감없이 편안하게 쉬었다가 가기에는 좋아요

하룻밤 잠깐 자고 나오기엔 괜찮아요~ 헤어드라이기가 필요했는데 수량부족으로 사용못했어요~~

그냥 하루 숙박하기 좋지도 나쁘지도 않은 가격대비 딱 그 수준...

Helt ok hotel til prisen, venlig staff Ingen restaurant eller nævneværdig morgenmad, casinoet havde helt ok restaurant

Everything was perfect only sugar there was only 2 sachet of sugar for 2 that was very little next time pls put enough

The air conditioners did not work and due to flies were told to keep the windows closed.

The overall experience was less than expected. No porter available in helping with luggage.

My stay at your facility was terrible, firstly the heater wasn't working and with just one lousy blanket and the temperature had dropped on the day. I had to sleep with my clothes on to get some warmth,

Despite the chilly weather of Kimberley our stay was delectable, however, the facility lacks communication means with the reception whien in your room. I found myself having to leave the room to the reception to ask for an iron when it would be easy to communicate via a telephone like in other hotels. Also, the room was not thorougly clean on the carpet when we returned to sleep for the second night.

The room was very small, without a fridge.They don't offer bottled water and no shower gells.

Hotel is very close to eating places and city center.

Hotel is situated next to casino which my husband enjoyed. Only thing i missed was a refrigerator in the room.

The reception was welcoming. The online booking through Hotels.com did not reserve a room whereas i paid the full price which got me worried when i checked-in and the receptionist could not locate my reservation/booking. The overall stay i was satisfied with and my room too.

There was no soap, hair shampoo in the bathroom I had to wait 2 hrs for the booking confirmation to come through on my email

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We expected more with regard to the additional breakfast it was overpriced and not on standard. Furthermore we were happy.

Nice and clean hotel. The room and TV were a bit smaller than normal but overall it was pleasant experience

Staff really helpful and friendly. Room was a bit cramped but neat.

Service and conditions of the Hotel were good, Unfortunately the size of the Bed and the TV was disappointing. I had to play golf in the morning it was not comfortable bed for two.

room comfort was poor, no double bed and the bed was hard. why is there not a city or town lodge available in Kimberly
