Very different compared with their pictures

Room was smaller than I had imagined. Surrounded by gerai makan so it was noisy even till 2am.

It's not what I expect, i cant see view of klcc.

Parking susah dan jauh, tiada lift, sukar untuk orang tua, dengan lokasi yang padat dan jem, agak bising, sabun di bilik mandi pun habis, dengan bayaran tidak berbaloi dengan ape yang dapat.

Nice hotel will be better if bagasta have lift for 3 and 4 floor.

Sediakan handuk untuk pengunjung.

Great to give for us a family room even we have booked only wrote 1 king bed but it's not possible for 5 persons but then a receptionist give us a family room without any charge. The receptionist is friendly.

Clean and comfortable, smack in the area of kg baru just no elevators we had to take the stairs was a hassle

Berbaloi baloi, berdekatan Hospital Pakar Islam, mudahkan urusan berulang alik ke hospital.

Room so small and the view is not same like they said when I booking online. Towel little bit dirty.

The WiFi did not work. Pretty disappointed since the room as appeared on the website is very different in reality. It is actually smaller, dirtier, and the air conditioner did not work properly. Too expensive for such quality

Let me put this straight. Checked-in on 14/3/17 - I had one night. Wifi's down since 15/3/17 and they told me that their router isn't functioned. Their TV is joke. I can't see anything, the channels are bad. There's a western restaurant below the guesthouse, and when it comes to my sleep time, it was noisy and you can even hear rumbling cutleries banging on plates loudly.

Good condition, near with restaurant, hospital.

Okay. The room and the bathroom are clean. The location is good. Setback: The staff do not even offer help. The room is not as big as in the photo. Others are okay.
