unhospitable personnel. when you come in. it's like your not in a hotel. it feels like your in a haunted hotel. no people around. no hi no hello no good morning no good evening. it's like your not a guest in their hotel and your not a special feels like your no body. poor service. poor facility, no hot shower. we checked in for 4 days 3 nights with breakfast. the meal are all the same every morning and it's so disappointing. the same meal every morning till the day we checked out. definitely not coming back again and definitely not going to recommend to everyone.

AC was too noisy did not get a good sleep.

Staff were very accommodating, we got 2 extra pillows without charge. But there's no Electric Kettle in the rooms which some hotels usually have, also, the other room that we got, the aircon was not that cold. But, overall hotel experience was good 😊
