전반적으로 괜찮지만, 화장실 세면대가 너무 좁습니다.

전반적으로 좋았습니다. 조깅이나 운동을 하려는 사람들에게는 경기장 근처에 위치해 있습니다. 하지만 개인적인 경험을 바탕으로 몇 가지 개선할 점이 있습니다. TV와 미니바가 전혀 작동하지 않습니다. 경영진에서 이 문제를 해결해 주셨으면 합니다.

방은 괜찮은데, TV를 전혀 사용할 수 없는 등 편의 시설이 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 금고도 배터리가 없어서 사용할 수 없습니다. 아이스박스도 작동하지 않고 차갑지도 않습니다. 호텔 측에서는 판매하기 전에 모든 물품이 괜찮은지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 아마 사용할 수 없을 것 같습니다.

오래된 가구와 설비, 최악인 TV 채널, 끔찍한 WiFi 연결, 객실에 많은 🪳, 매우 냄새가 나는 수건, 찢어지고 낡았음, 낡고 낡은 침대 시트, 베개 커버는 낡고 냄새가 나고, 객실은 끔찍한 냄새가 나고, 주변이 꽤 시끄러움. 장점은 직원들이 친절하고, 아침 식사가 맛있고, 그 외에 슈퍼마켓이 있다는 점입니다. 객실 요금을 고려하면 그만한 가치가 없습니다.

추천 호텔입니다. 모든 것이 훌륭하게 제공되었습니다! 음식도 정말 좋았습니다. 앞으로도 다시 올 것입니다!

Pro: Ample parking space, near to convenience store/shop, reasonable size room (King Deluxe). Toiletries and breakfast are considered decent for a budget hotel. Con: Room has no view. Limited exit/lift. Limited lighting in the room.

There 's few ALIVE cockroaches in the room. It 's dusty and dirty. We booked twin bed but upon check in, the receptionist told us we booked standard and requested us to top up another rm90.00 if we wanted to change to twin bed room. However, we managed to proved that we booked for twin bed instead of standard room as per mentioned by the receptionist. The staying experience is bad especially when the room is dim, dirty, dusty, and with cockroaches. With that price.

Everything was OK only the room is a bit small but we were comfortable cause we stayed in for only less than 24 hours. Will definitely come again.

It was a pleasant stay. The room is spacious, the toilet is clean. The breakfast buffet menu was varieties. The sambal nasi lemak was good. The kuay teow soup also nice..

Good affordable hotel, located near Billion shopping mall and restaurants. The place is in town area and feel secure at night compared to other hotel nearby. Plus point for breakfast, so sedap! Only the sink at toilet is clogged but the water still flows. Otherwise everything is good. Sure will come again next time.

Fasiliti yang menarik. Bersebelahan dengan pasaraya billion, senang untuk beli barang, tempat yang strategik.

The room (standard queen bed), although not as spacious, is very comfy and well decorated 😊 I love everything about the room. And the breakfast provided is well satisfying with many choices of food including bihun, mee and kuew teow sup haha. That's my favourite. If I stay here again, I'll eat 3 bowls of it 😁The staffs are also friendly, kind and helpful.

Too much loud noise from the hall & ball room.

Bilik panas. Air con tak servis, penuh habuk dan boleh nampak habuk dari bawah. Dah call maintainence untuk servis.. Tak tak buat.

Room key card didn't work several times. I had to go up & down to the reception to get it fixed. The room was smelly, the ac was leaking & the floor was flooded. The breakfast could be better. Definitely would not come again

Aircond is not working well. 😑 The bed is a bit itchy. Others are okay.

Housekeeping perlu lebih peka keadaan bilik mandi...air yang tidak mengalir dengan baik menyebabkan pelanggang tidak selesa kerana air bertakung dan memerlukan masa untuk surut...

Good location but got bed-bug on the bed.
