전체 평가 및 리뷰 Town Lodge Gqeberha

주변 경치는 포트엘리자베스 자체라 좋았습니다. 시설은 보통이였고요 다만 호텔스 닷컴 서비스 이용료는 잘모르겠습니다 이점 확인해듀고 예약하는게 나을듯하고 적립은 10박이후에 생기는것또한 첨 사용하는 사람으로써 이제 알았습니다.

I understand that CLHG has become a non-smoking group. BUT, There are two things I cannot understand: 1. I cannot even go outside to the pool area, which is open air (but closed for renovations right now) and sit there and have a cigarette and relax after a long day. I need to go to the parking lot to have a cigarette there. Are smokers treated as second class citizens now? Should establishments like this not cater for EVERYONE? 2. Ok, so now the weirdest of all. If you get a sea facing room on the ground level, you open your sliding door onto your "balcony". there is a table there, with a "wait for it" ASHTRAY on the table. But I am told you are not allowed to smoke there either.........???????? Why then have an ashtray on the table right outside your sliding door? Does beg the questions, Does CLHG, particularly Town Lodge PE actually cater for all their customers and do they actually know what they are doing when it comes to "rules"? And lastly, even though I am a smoker, my money is the same colour and value as a non-smoker/ I probably will set a rule at our company that NONE of my people (and we travel a lot) use any of the CLHG group of hotels anymore. Come on CLHG - do you not know that there are dozens competitors in the hospitality industry that we can stay at in every town/city in SA. Oh and by the way, I do not eat breakfast there. The cost of their breakfasts is extortionate.

Great room - easy option for an overnight stay.

J'ai séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel et il est bien placé, juste en face d'une des nombreuses plages. Ma chambre était grande et bien agencée. Toute l'équipe est très souriante. En plus du restaurant de l'hôtel, à moins de 15 minutes, il y a quelques options. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport.

It was perfect. Hotel is across the road from the beach , close to restaurant and amenities.

I wish I can get my refund

The rooms were spotless. Linen was good. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

The hotel’s location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.

Enjoyed my stay again. All the staff were helpful and pleasant to myself and guests. There was no pamphlet in the room stating breakfast, lunch and dinner were available daily which would have been helpful for some family meetings. Will return again.

Although not, five star, the property has everything you might need to be comfortable and is very clean. The restaurant Has a lovely menu and breakfast in the morning. Best of all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I love the fact that it is right across from the waterfront, nice for walking and even swimming if you care to.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel, nur durch eine Straße vom Strand getrennt. Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, dass sofort bereit war, Lebensmittel von uns kühl stellen zu lassen, da die Zimmer nicht mit Kühlschränken ausgestattet sind. Wir waren (leider) nur eine Nacht dort. Das Hotel ist jedoch auch für längere Aufenthalte bestens geeignet.

our booking did not reflect on their system. allocated use city facing twin room instead of a sea facing double. it was rectified. all a bit disjointed.

All very good, except their windows were rather dirty. On the second floor, there’s a balcony, so it’s easier to clean the windows then elsewhere.

Was amazing, just a little short.

Service was great,staff was accommodating,situated in a central area with walking distance to malls and shops. No faults,will definitely recommend
