너무 만족해요…아이슬란드에 온다면 꼭 가봐야할 호텔입니다.

주변 자연이 좋았다. 특히 호텔까지 들어가는 길이 이국적이고 아름다웠다. 20분 거리에 씽벨리어 국립공원이 있고 40분 거리에 남부해안으로 가는 길목인 셀포스가 있어서 이동하기에 좋은 위치였다. 가격에 비해 방이 좁고 물건 놓을 공간도 부족했다. 다른 호텔들과 달리 슬리퍼와 욕실가운이 있었고 그 차림으로 노천온천으로 바로 갈 수 있어서 좋았다.

Kind staffs but too cold to stay night, terrible road condition in winter

이 호텔의 룸의 상태는 매우 실망입니다. 룸 밖의 풍경은 멋집니다. am7에 일어나서 갔던 온천밖의 풍경을 매우 아름다웠습니다. 온천 안에는 검정 이끼? 같은 것들이 많이 있어서 찝찝하여 수영같은 것은 못하고 온천을 즐겼습니다. 아침에 아침안개를 볼 수 있어 매우 황홀한 풍경이었습니다. 2층에 있는 카페에서 커피와 와인은 먹지 않았지만 매우 멋있었습니다. 결론은 룸상태가 중요하다면 비추, 그외의 풍경, 온천, 카페는 강추입니다!

매우 떨어져 있는 호텔로 오로라관광에는 좋을지라도 추후에는 방문하기 꺼려지는 호텔이다. 특히 호텔레스토랑은 최악

멋진 디자인의 편안한 호텔. 스파시설도 훌륭하고 방의 멋진 디자인이나 편의시설도 최고! 그만큼 비싸지만 특별한 아이슬란드를 위해 특별한 하루쯤은 나쁘지 않은듯!

기대를 많이 하고 가서 그런지 기대에 비해 많이 못미치는 느낌을 받았습니다. 객실의 디테일이라던지, 전체적인 구성이 많이 기대에 미치지 못했고, 마감재 또한 그리 고급스럽지 않더군요.. 주위 환경과 뷰 또한....;; 가격과 주위의 평가에 비해 많이 모자란듯한 호텔이었습니다.

Amazing experience over one night. Love the northern light bar and all art designs.

The staff was so kind and helpful with my stay. Especially the kind lady who checked me in. The food at restaurant was very good. I appreciate the service of the aurora light wake up call.

Amazing location - I would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in winter to access the hotel. Reception staff were very pleasant and informative.

The service in the restaurant was really bad and not what one expect from a hotel such as ION. We told the hotel manager and they sharpen the service the following evening.

Charming hotel with warm staff, great food and lovely views. We were so happy to see the northern lights after a fun day exploring the sights. The staff goes out of the way to make you feel welcome. We loved sipping cocktails in the warm pool and watching the stars. Amazing.

Staff is amazing. From front desk, housekeeping, to the people in the restaurant. So helpful and friendly. Spa is an added plus included in the price!

We visited the ION for my husband’s 40th birthday and had such a wonderful stay. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a lovely remote location.

Seems understaffed that makes every step from check in less smooth although you can see the poor remaining staffs there were trying to make it right. I found shocks from previous guest in my room drawers and missing amenities from room, made it hard to trust if the room was properly cleaned and prepped.

Love the location, but overall it doesn’t live up to the price. We ordered two lunchboxes to go for 9,000 ISK and got pre-cut cheese sandwiches and four huge apples for two people. It felt like a rip-off. Fish at dinner was great, but housebred was very dry. Also breakfast is not worth it.

Virkelig god service, flinkt personale - ringede til os, da man kunne se nordlys. Daglig rengøring. Udmærket morgenmad. Kan anbefale at spise på restauranten om aftenen - hyggelig atmosfære & lækker mad. Dejlig pool man kan slappe af i.

Stunning hotel, lovely bar, Christmas dinner was very tasty, highly recommended!
