Room was clean. Lobby was good as photo. They have some books and lent me during my stay. Breakfast was vary nice and I sew they prepread a feeding chair for a babe. Chair was vary nice. I thought they prepared well. I remember one toddler was sitten on a chair for adult in a famous chochorate branded tea room in paris. vary comparative.

Overall, my recent stay was average, with a few significant drawbacks that impacted my experience. The most disappointing issue was that the spa pool was unavailable during my visit due to repairs. This was a key amenity I was looking forward to, and it should have been communicated clearly upon booking or check-in. Another frustration was the small, slow lift. It only accommodated two people, which meant I often had to wait ages for it, especially during peak times. Given the size of the hotel, a more efficient lift system is definitely needed. For those who have to leave early, be aware that the breakfast service starts late. This wasn't ideal for my schedule and could be a major inconvenience for business travelers or anyone needing an early start. Finally, the location, while central, meant the room was quite noisy from the street below, which occasionally disturbed my sleep. On the positive side, the room itself was clean and the staff I encountered were generally pleasant. However, these issues kept the overall experience from being better than just mediocre. I hope the management addresses these points to improve future guest stays.

Nous avons séjourné au Miapera Hotel & Spa du 17 au 26 septembre 2025. Si l’emplacement est central et les chambres propres, le reste a été une grosse déception. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que copieux, n’est pas très bon. Les horaires ont même été changés sans prévenir : les deux derniers jours, il a fermé une heure plus tôt, et nous avons dû insister pour être servis. Les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes du mercredi au samedi soir, en raison des boîtes de nuit juste en face, rendant le sommeil quasi impossible. Enfin, la piscine a été fermée quasiment tout le séjour (9,5 jours sur 10). Chaque jour on nous assurait qu’elle rouvrirait « demain », ce qui était faux, et aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée. En résumé, malgré son bon emplacement, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

The hotel was having a fire accident on the day I stayed. Luckily I was not inside while it happened. The staff are friendly though. Thought the hotel arranged another hotel to stay, but all my luggage and belongings were lockdown in the hotel. And it messed up my following meeting schedule. The worst staying experience ever.

Misrepresentation I booked Miapera Hotel & Spa – Special Class for September 11–13 through Expedia. The listing (and my booking confirmation) clearly advertised a spa, indoor pool, and hot tub. These amenities were the primary reason for choosing this property above other available hotels. We specifically selected and paid the rate we did because these facilities were included, as they were an important part of the experience we expected. Upon arrival, I discovered that the spa, pool, and hot tub are closed for renovation, and the hotel never informed me in advance. This is a misrepresentation of the property, as I paid for services that were not available. We were very disappointed not to enjoy this luxury, and it dramatically changed our experience during the stay. The hotel did offer us a discounted price on a massage treatment as compensation. However, this was not an acceptable alternative — only male therapists were available, we had no interest in paying extra for another massage, and we were not looking for a massage in the first place. We chose this hotel specifically for the advertised spa, pool, and hot tub facilities, not for massage treatments.

falsche vorabinformation was den Transfer an geht, morgens kein warmes wasser zum duschen, erst 2 tage vor Abreise hat es funktioniert, Poolanlage stand nicht zur Verfügung, sowie die Dachterasse,die nicht zugänglich war. Zu guter letzt hat man uns noch zum falschen Flughafen gebracht, von dort aus mussten wir mit dem Taxi auf eigene kosten hin fahren. Das einzigst positive war das Frühstück. Fazit das Hotel werden wir nicht weiter empfehlen.

I stayed at Mia Pera Hotel for one week. The only real positive points were the central location and the cleanliness of the room. Our room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was large, and the sheets smelled fresh. However, almost everything else was disappointing. When we arrived, we were given a double room even though we had booked and paid for a triple. Only after insisting did they finally change the room. The reception service was very poor – the staff seemed disorganised and unsure about which room to assign us. For a hotel of this size, the check-in experience was terrible. Breakfast was another big disappointment: very limited choice and poor quality food. The hotel is a large building with eight floors, but only two very small lifts, each fitting just two people, and they were slow. Overall, while the hotel is clean and well located, the service, organisation, and included breakfast were awful. I would not recommend this hotel unless you only care about location and cleanliness.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. La chambre que j’avais donnait sur une grande ventilation de climatisation, avec un bruit insupportable dès que j’ouvrais le balcon. La nourriture était très ordinaire, et le café franchement médiocre : uniquement une cafetière basique, rien à voir avec une machine à café offrant des choix comme cappuccino, café au lait ou lungo. Mais ce qui m’a le plus choquée, c’est la coupure d’eau chaude et froide durant la majorité de mon séjour. Impossible de se doucher, de se laver le visage ou même les dents. Le dernier jour, j’ai dû utiliser une bouteille d’eau pour me laver le visage et les dents. Le spa et la piscine ? L’eau était glaciale. Franchement, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Je ne comprends pas comment il a pu obtenir 4 étoiles.

This was a great place to stay right in the heart of the city - walkable to Taksim and all its many restaurants and shops. The spa was awesome, and the Turkish breakfast was delicious and plentiful. For the price, this was a great deal! We’d love to come back.

Upon arrival we were enthusiastic about the room. It was tasteful, spacious and clean. First little annoyance was that the rain shower didn't work, so you had to use a shower hanging at 1m60, which is low if you're 1,90. The water turned from cold to dangerously hot without touching anything. The shower gel was only refilled the last day. Cleaning of the room was well done every day. There was hardly any toilet paper upon arrival. We went to ask for toilet paper for several days in a row. It was always coming tomorrow. Problem with the delivery, never an honest answer. Long story short: an entire week without the hotel providing toilet paper. Sure, we could go buy it, but it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel, why don't they go buy it? A failed delivery is NO excuse, or at least it's a shameful one. But the actual reason we booked this hotel and not one of the thousands of other ones, was that it was affordable, near the centre, and still had a (modest) swimming pool and spa/wellness (as they proudly mention in the name), which was included in the price. Except for a moldy steam bath, we could never make use of any of this. Ending the day from 9 to 10pm with a sauna and a dive in the pool was our plan, but it was closed for renovation for at least a week. Then we gave up, because they lied to us each time we went there: it was always going to open the next day. Not a word about this when I called and texted in advance. No compensation offered, except for vague excuses.

Hôtel très bien. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse avec le spa en sous sol. Petit déjeuner buffet avec un large choix. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Istanbul. Très bien situé
