손님을 위한 음식 준비가 부족하고 맛도 좋지 않습니다. 손님 수에 맞춰 조리 방법과 양을 개선해야 합니다.

방은 충분히 크고 깨끗했습니다. 주변이 꽤 춥고, 특히 밤에는 추워서 방에 선풍기가 없습니다. 샤워실에는 온수가 나오지만, 물이 고르지 않습니다. 방 벽이 방음이 안 되어서 다른 방의 소리가 들립니다. 전반적으로 이 숙소에서의 숙박은 만족스러웠습니다.

우리는 싱글 침대 2개와 2단 침대가 있는 4인실을 사용했습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 잠을 자기에 필요한 기본적인 것은 있었지만 베개가 너무 부드러웠고 방 옆에서 물이 새고 있었습니다. 물이 떨어지지 않도록 침대 하나를 옮겨야 했습니다. 필수품은 직접 가져오세요. 매일 방을 청소하고 수건을 갈아줍니다. 아침 식사는 간단합니다. 볶음밥, 국수, 토스트에 계란을 추가할 수 있는 옵션이 있습니다. 물, 차, 커피가 포함되어 있습니다. 저녁 식사도 주문했는데 볶음밥과 야채 수프가 맛있었습니다. 저녁 식사 옵션은 6가지뿐이지만 충분히 좋았습니다. 우리 방 번호 11은 리셉션과 주차장에서 몇 걸음 떨어진 곳에 매우 가깝습니다. 직원들은 친절합니다.

이 방은 키나발루 산의 가장 좋은 전망을 자랑합니다. 다만 걸어서 내려가야 하고 리셉션 사무실에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다.

Pro:-spacious room. Nice view from balcony even though no opportunity to view mount of kinabalu due to heavy fog, good location, very clean, strong wifi, daily housekeeping, friendly reception. Con:-limited choice of breakfast, no TV, limited parking, place bit of rundown.

We stayed at Begonia. Ground floor. By just opening the door, you can see the majestic Kinabalu every morning. But next time would prefer to have the rooms at upper floor. Tak larat naik turun tangga haha. The rooms are really clean and well organized. Water heater is working well. Food are so so, cannot complain much. We just love the ambience, really calm, cool and relaxing.

Nice & clean but surely not suitable if you're looking for 3 adults per room. Max 3 person but the bed only for 2 pax, need to add 1 set mattress with breakfast for rm30. Don't manipulate your bedroom option please, what's with guestroom and bedroom in the picture reference when actually customer will only got 1 room with 1 bed. by the way I booked double bedroom with mountain view if you guys wondering. BUT the view heals my disappointment, what a superb view and the water heater works perfectly. Believe me, hot water needed for bath! I hope this pandemic end, so this lodge will have enough budget to maintain their garden. No TV, No Aircond & No Fan because you don't need them! If you want to feel the nature come and stay at their lodge. I have wonderful time here. End.

the view and food is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. However there’s a snake cobra in our room.

D dapati bilik ini kurang ruangan udara hanya tingkap sahaja. Tingkap bahaya kalau nak buka waktu malam, kawasan berhutan di khuatiri binatang masuk. Sewajarnya ada louvers grill atau setidaknya perlu ada kipas. Setiap bilik dan ruang tamu. Ibarat tidur dalam khemah yang bertutup, bahaya untuk orang yang menghidap asthmah.

no tv, aircond, fan. room is quite big but too old.you can hear foot step from people staying above and beside you.at 6pm the noises from insects is getting loud. the mountain view is not what I imagined. mostly block by the tree. during night is quite scary because of total darkness and loud noises from insects for me the price room is too expensive compared what you get. maybe it's good for those who like to feel in the jungle.

The water heater was not functional well; low water pressure and the heater sometimes just turn off for no reason.

It happens that the neighboring room too annoying with loud noises & table pulling & knocking sound coming from them. Hence, I have decided to check out for just only staying about 5 hrs in this place. So cold this place without heater for comfort during the night.

Kurang dari apa yang diharapkan, ada banyak anjing. Bilik tidak mempunyai TV. Water heater tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

Dapat bilik bawah.. org bilik atas melompat2.. very long night.. my family cant sleep.. wont come here again.. the view is nothing.. not recommended..
