그 호텔도 귀신이 나오는 곳은 아니에요...

방은 괜찮았어요... 깨끗하긴 했는데... 시트가 찢어져 있었고... 베개는 얇았어요... 게다가 엘리베이터 근처 중간 방이 비어 있어서 맨 끝 방으로 안내해줬어요...

밤 10시에 로비에 들어섰는데, 호텔이라기보다는 게스트하우스처럼 음침하고 경비원도 보이지 않았습니다. 방은 넓고 편안했지만, 침대 시트에는 제대로 세탁되지 않은 혈흔이 있었고, 베개는 스펀지 덩어리처럼 푹신했습니다. 거의 7시간 동안 운전해서 피곤한 우리는 그냥 잠들었습니다. 온수가 나오지 않았는데, 20분 정도 기다리라는 안내를 받았지만 30분이 지나도 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않아 샤워를 할 수 없었습니다. 그래도 위치는 좋았고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

Really love this hotel since years they started operating. Every year we will stay here especially during Hari Raya festive. Comfy and large spacious with good water heater and pressure. The staffs all very friendly and helpful.

I ask for deluxe room because during booking I mentioned i'll came with my wife. On friday (check in) the staff told us that the deluxe room is full. who the h** stay in hotel those day? I booked 2 weeks early and I got 2 twins bed for cuddling with my wife. mehhh.. and one more thing, I see a cockroach trapped in the toilet. please help him out. disgusting

우선, 방이 크고 넓습니다. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 상냥했습니다. 새벽 12시에도 트롤리 서비스를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었고, 모두에게 강력 추천합니다.

The room and bathroom is spacious. The rest is all fine. Had our breakfast at coffee house, it's great and cheap. We stay there to attend wedding at the same hotel. Very nice wedding hall. Big inside and outside so you can still hang around with relative/friends after.

short stay because of appointment in kuala kangsar. towels are small and pillows are too soft,no hair dryer

No toothbrush and paste..no shower cap..lack of pillows..only two small bottles of water for drinking..tv channels movies repeated again and again..no breakfast provided..at the same cost of the room in other places can get breakfast..overall basic needs for customers not up to the mark..will rate as 3 star.
