Was affordable and convenient for what i needed. The mattress i slept on was more than worn in to the point i was affraid i would roll off the bed. But the room was clean.

Cant complain for the price.

This Red Roof was good for us cause it was pet friendly and had walk-in room service! The housekeeping staff was so accommodating with towels and toiletries cause of pet friendly location! Very clean and plenty to do around the area! We took the dog and mother in-law and had no problem! Yea you had to go to new best western to check-in big deal 2 second walk! Cons the rooms could use better mattress! If your looking for up-scale go next door to best western extremely very beautiful with indoor pool and free breakfast! Good location!

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free room, we had to buy frebreeze spray, and the fridge didn't work. Which we needed for foods that we bought for the 8 hour drive we had. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 of us and the floors were not clean so I had my kids keep their shoes on in the room.

Red roof inn was disgusting. Blood in the Sheets. Dirty walls. The hair dryer was all cracked. Room smelled so bad. But this location is ran by the management of the new best western across the parking lot. The staff their is amazing. I recommend if you have the extra money just stay in the new best western and only stay in the red roof inn if you can’t afford the other.

This is our go to hotel when we visit family in the area. Only issue I had this time was the body mirror missing. Im blind without my glasses, that mirror helps when doing my make up and stuff. But not a deal breaker. And the shower curtain looked like something was thrown all over it really dirty looking. We were there past few weeks off and on. Then this last time for a funeral. We ended up leaving a day early but it was 3pm instead of 11am check out time, so they didnt refund for that day. Ive actually only had to do this 3 other times over past decade. And I was refunded. Other than that its still our fo to place. They allow dogs which is a big plus. And its decently priced, unless they have someone going on in area, then the raise price by double.

My stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. My stay was due to a family member being hospitalized therefore my time at Red Roof was limited.

Bed was uncomfortable and probably needs replaced--staff was excellent very helpful and pleasant---will be staying there again

The room itself was decent. But the door to get to the 2nd floor was unlocked ( no security). Also there was a couple having a domestic dispute all morning- banging on the door, yelling- for over an hour- I did tell them when we were checking out that it was going on....

Everything was filthy. I called for clean sheets and was told it was a motel and what did I expect.

Outdated dirty, no air vents in bathroom making it freezing cold

I was looking for a decent cheap hotel for a couple nights for a hockey tournament. The value was incredible as the room was updated and clean, breakfast was good, they are dog friendly and it was very inexpensive. The location is good and overall I am very pleased with the overall experience and will consider them for the next tournament as well.

I like the hotel but the shower in the room we had didnt work.

Check in etc. was handled by Best Western. That was a surprise.

Pretty clean hotel considering it’s known to be on the lower end of hotels. Rooms were clean it’s just the beds were very uncomfortable
