전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Seri Malaysia Taiping

건물 디자인으로 보아 오래된 호텔이지만 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 큰길가에 위치해 있고 타만 타식과 가깝지만, 다타란 와리산까지는 걸어서 조금 걸어야 합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 수영장도 있으며, 아침 식사는 다양하고 맛있습니다.

저예산으로 떠나는 최고의 휴가.

욕실 전체가 배설물 냄새가 났고, 샴푸와 샤워젤 병을 모두 써서 몸을 씻어야 했습니다. 그러고 나서 냄새가 사라졌습니다. 이전 손님이 욕조에서 아이의 배설물을 씻은 것 같습니다.

Stategic location near tmn tasik taiping. Friendly staff. Hotel too old style, old furniture. Katil tak best sbb terasa rasa spring. Plug tak function. Pool quite dirty. Kids pool not working. Overall was oklah, but seri malaysia taiping, you need to be upgraded please.

Poor sound proof among the rooms. The whole family in next door room. 109 were very noisy until midnight, very disturbing, couldn't have a proper sleep. Facilities are rather old.

Bilik yang besar, selesa, & bersih, tandas pun bersih, cuma tekanan air shower tidak begitu kuat, kolam mandi yang bersih, hanya terletak di hadapan bilik, anak-anak sangat gembira dapat mandi manda, breakfast yang sedap, kena tambah RM15 untuk seorang anak yang berumur 8 tahun kerana pakej breakfast hanya untuk 3 orang sahaja, anak yang berumur 10 tahun termasuk dalam pakej, untuk anak-anak yang berumur 4 & 2 tahun free, bayaran breakfast RM15 dikenakan untuk kanak-kanak yang berumur 6 hingga 12 tahun dan RM20 untuk dewasa. Overall, penginapan di hotel ini memuaskan👍

Good service from hotel staff. The location of the hotel is nearby to taiping's zoo and other interesting places. Provide a variety of food during breakfast. Recommended hotel for vacation with affordable price.

Bilik yang luas, persekitaran yang aman, sangat berprivasi dan sarapan pagi yang agak enak. Mungkin menginap lagi jika datang Taiping.

Bilik cantik tempat best dekat dengan Zoo Taiping👍

Saya puas hati. Keadaan bilik bersih dan selesa. Lokasi pon strategik. Sangat dekat dengan zoo dan taman tasik. Next time boleh repeat duduk sini lagi. Cuma nak suggest pihak hotel kena maintain swimming pool dia. Air macam keruh sangat. Anyway happy stay at h.s.m.t. Thank you

Menginap 3 hari 2 malam bilik pun tidak berkemas. Dengan alasan perlu beritahu baru nak kemas. Sepatutnya dari kaunter dah bertanya bilik perlu kemas ke tidak. Jika customer tak nak kemas pun kan ade tagging yang di gantung di pintu. Agak hampa dengan hotel ni. Dah la penat berjalan, balik-balik dengan bilik tidak berkemas.

Pkp telah memberikan kesan yang besar kepada sektor hotel..pekerja kurang bersedia dari urusan pendaftaran hinggalah kualiti bilik yang teruk.

Just for a basic stay. Cannot expect more just average.

Upon checking in we were told the pool is under maintenance and might take up to 1 week time. We are a bit disappointed because the pool was our main reason to have a splash with our kid while staying there. Cut story short, the next day after breakfast we saw some people were using the pool while the maintenance signage still displayed. We thought those people were trespassing and we just ignored them. Upon check out we learned that the pool was open this morning and yet the management has no courtesy to let us know (maybe like a notice at the breakfast entrance). I was truly disappointed with the management and will lodge a complaint. Just if they have some heart at their work everyone will be happy.
