위치가 최고입니다. 역에서 아주 가까워서 짐 맡기고 근처 다니기 매우 좋습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 방에서 먹는 저녁과 조식도 아주 훌륭했습니다. 온천도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 프라이빗 온천은 해가 지고 나면 밖이 너무 깜깜하고 날이 추워서 조금 힘들 수 있으니 해지기 전에 즐기기를 추천합니다.

먼지가 조금 날리는거 말고는 식사랑 서비스, 온천까지 너무 좋았습니다.

전반적으로 무난했는데 아침식사 장소가 창이 없고 문으로 나눤방이여서 좀 아쉬웠음 숲을 바라보며 먹고 싶었는데 밖이 안보여 지하같다는 느낌이 듦

하코네유모토역에서 강을 건너지 않고 2,.3분 거리. 전용 테라스 욕조가 있는 방, 석ㆍ조식포함으로 예약했는데, 역에서 가까운 것이 최대 장점이고 가이세키요리와 조식도 먹을만 했어요. 작은 폭포소리를 들으며 테라스에서 온천욕하는 시간이 즐거웠고 나카이상도 친절했습니다.가격 합리적인 호텔식 료칸입니다.

하코네수이메이소는 하코네유모토역에서 가장 가까운 호텔이다. 하코네를 당일로 다녀온 경험으로 온천을 1시간 하고 나오면 대중탕 하고 나온 느낌이 있었다. 그래서 여유롭게 춘분히 온천욕을 증기고, 짐을 맡기고 편안히 여행 할 수 있는 호텔을 찾아 선택하게 되었다. 우리는 서울에서 출발하여 나리타 공항에서 신쥬쿠로 와서 로망스카 기차를 타고 하코네 유모토 역에 5시 조금 넘어 도착 했고, 바로 여류롭게 여러번 온천욕을 즐겼다. 이튿날 오타쿠니를 거쳐 아시호수에서 배를 타고 버스로 하코네 유모토역을 와서 짐을 찾아 다시 도쿄롤 돌아 왔다. 가족이 하코네에 익숙하지 않고 하코네 프리패스를 이용하여 여유롭게 여행을 하고자 한다면 추천 하고 싶다. 다만 가격은 합리적이지만 좋은 료칸과 비교하면 조금 실망 할 수 있다.

This is by far the best hotel experience we've had in Japan. The Japanese style room was large and well appointed, with thick foam futons. The tatami was clean and in good condition. We also enjoyed the fully stocked minibar. Onsen facilities are clean and well managed. You can enjoy the sound of the nearby river as you bathe. The standout feature however is the food. It was fantastic throughout our stay, but on our last night we were given an increible sashimi banquet and waigu steak! Our servers Fifi-san and Yoko-san took very good care of us during our stay. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience. I would recommend Suimeisou to anybody looking for a Ryokan in Hakone.

Einmaliges Erlebnis in einer traditionellen Unterkunft. Alle sind sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist schön, der Ausblick auf den Fluss wundervoll und das Onsen ganz besonders schön.

Lovely rooms, but the private onsen is the star! Food included was spectacular and the whole experience was lovely.

Typischer Ryokan mit echt japanischem Essen. Kleines Onsen. Sehr nah am Bahnhof.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage und Aussicht. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall dort zu essen das Abendessen war köstlich genauso wie das Frühstück. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss hat kann man den auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern hören.

If you want to stay in a traditional ryokan in Hakone, this is the place to stay! We had our own private outdoor bath and there is a private onsen you can book on the top floor. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond. It was my fiancé's birthday and they ordered a cake for him upon my request. When we go back to Hakone, we will definitely be staying here again.

The location of the ryokan in Hakone-yumoto is very good, within short walking distance from the station and bus terminal. Aids accessibility to key transport nodes to get around Hakone! Only had difficulty finding it at first as it is slightly behind the main shopping street. But in comparison with other ryokans Ive stayed at in Hakone (other areas), I thought the ryokan is less value for money in terms of the customer service at reception, room size and the small private outdoor bath I paid extra for. The facility also looks dated and has only one small lift. But the river view from room is gorgeous and therapeutic!

部屋の露天風呂に入っていると，タバコの匂いがして非常に不快でした。 スタッフの方にお伝えしたあとは改善されましたが初めてのクレームではない印象を受けました。2度と宿泊しないと思います。
