전반적으로 호텔은 꽤 오래되었지만 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 직원들이 정말 친절하고 손님들을 즐겁게 대해줘서 좋았습니다.

방은 편안하고 유일한 것은 AC가 매우 시끄럽다는 것입니다.

호텔은 반다르 타와우(Bandar Tawau)에 전략적으로 위치해 있어 어디든 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 객실은 넓습니다. 그런데 밖에서 들려오는 소리가 너무 커서 칸막이실에 있을 때 방해가 되었습니다.

The best hotel in tawau. Very comfortable. Love it. And very good service. Friendly staff. Recommendedhotel.

The check in was okay. The room is spacious and cold as the ventilation is good. The water heater isn't functioning and the shower 🚿 head is rusted and leaked on the top. It's in the middle of city centre so you can easily get the food. And super speed Wi-Fi even inside your room. 👍🏻 I asked to be moved to the other room. The bathroom cubicle can't be closed. Worse, the floor is flooded with water 💦! Surely it's been quite sometime as the stain is obvious. And I can't charge my laptop as the unstable current for all ports (it works fine on the 1st room). So I booked the hotel at the opposite, Shervinton Boutique Hotel which offers free buffet breakfast for the same price!

Kamar agak berbau hapak, bantal kecil dan handuk bau menyengit/hawa keringat/bau badan jelas sekali tercium di bantal dan handuk. Tolong ini sangat diperhatikan.

Bilik yang besar, towel pun wangi, sangat puas hati.

Kawasan yang strategik, lagi satu dekat dengan pusat bandar.

Tidak boleh melayari internet pada hp. Staf yang janji datang ke bilik jam 9.30 malam untuk setting wifi, sebelu, itu sampai dengan ke kaunter untuk mohon pertolongan. Esok sampai check out masih tak dapat melayani internet dengan wifi hotel.

Very bad service. Really a very bad and disappointed experience for me. Booking for the breakfast but didn't inform the breakfast ended 9:30am. The counter staff didn't even tell me what time the breakfast. I came down at 9:40am. Didn't even get a breakfast that I paid for. The bath towel is old and black colour. The hotel management should maintain the high quality of the service and cleanness.

Room oke, tetapi ada plastik termasuk dalam kuetiau (breakfast), harap diperbaiki.

No buffet for breakfast like others hotel. And waitress very very unfriendly. Arrogant.
