유명관광지와 아주가까운 핫플레이스!

포르투 내 주요 유명 관광지들을 도보로 이동할 수 있다는 장점이 있는 숙소. 아파트먼트로 예약했는데 숙소도 깔끔하고 만족스러웠음.

포르투 일정이 짧아서 1박만 했는데, 비바시티 포르토 숙소가 좋아서 1박만 하기에는 아쉬웠습니다. 우선 방과 화장실이 넓고 시설이 청결했습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에서 버스를 탈 수 있었고, 근처에 관광지가 많아서 접근성이 좋았습니다. 리셉션 직원 분도 친절하게 도와주었습니다. 아늑하고 깨끗한 숙소에서 편안한 시간을 보냈고, 다음에 포르투를 다시 여행하게 되면 비바시티 포르토를 이용할 생각이 있습니다.

룸 청소에 대한 가이드가 없어 3박 머무르는 내내 청소를 해주지않음

포르투관광하기 좋은 위치에 자리 잡고있지만 차를 운전하고 가다보니 일방통행로 때문에 근처 다 가서 좀 돌았습니다. 숙박시설간판이 너무 작아 찾기가 그리 쉽지는 않았고 처음 예약을 2인 숙박으로 했다가 3인으로 바뀌니까 추가부담 €24로 옆집 아파트로 바꿔서 check in 했습니다. 주인 아저씨 말은 좀 통하지 않았지만 어쩐지 정겨운 스타일이었습니다. 근처 파킹은 24시간에 €12로 할인티켓을 check out시 사서 처리했네요. 아니면 €20정도 했을 겁니다.

방도 깨끗하고 위치도 정말 좋았어요. 하지만 방문이 얇아 옆방소리가 다들려요. 새벽 1시에 잠자다가 깰 정도였어요.

I book with breakfast, when I want to have the breakfast they said no for the apartment, as they said only for the room same building. I didn’t book apartment I book a room for 4 including breakfast. But I didn’t get the breakfast.

Hotel com quarto agradável, cama confortável, banheiro amplo e novo. Espaço para apoio para as malas e roupas. Varanda com vista para a cidade e para a praça dos leões. Quarto limpo e sem umidade. Café da manhã adequado com suco, frutas, pães e cereais.

Muito bom e funcional o apartamento

La struttura è vecchiotta e si percepisce appieno. La tessera per aprire la porta era difettosa e ogni volta tribulavamo per entrare in stanza. Pochi del personale parlano inglese, ma in qualche modo ci si arrangia. Posizione top in centro vicino la libreria Lello, ottima per girare a piedi la città. Per un paio di notti è OK, non lo consiglierei per permanenze più lunghe.

Firstly it was hard to find the door to the property as there is no signage other than a floor mat. Luckily the restaurant next door helped. Upon checking in, unfortunately the lovely lady doing this did not speak any English and it was hard to decipher what she was trying to tell me. I had a few issues each day with the main door to the apartments and my room door, the final time this happened I had to go back and forth to reception 4 times, which was frustrating. I also got told incorrect information about what to do with the key card if checking out very early in the morning...luckily I double checked this and avoided a stressful situation. I had the 1 bed apartment and upon first impressions it was well equipped and large. However, whilst very clean the room was really tatty. The dining room chairs had patches of material missing, there were exposed plugs where the TV was. The positioning of the sockets in the bedroom were such like you couldn't charge and check your phone and the same time. The saving grace was the location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and walkable to points of interest. It felt really safe at night and easy to navigate where to get a taxi to and from if using.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, reception at check-in was pleasant, and the location was convenient. We believed we had booked a room, but ended up next door in an apartment. The hallway lights were continuously turning off, stranding us in pitch-black stairwells. While the room was clean, the hallways were dirty and run-down and our room door had no number. As we thought we would only have a room, we didn't bring food and were expecting to utilize the free breakfast. The apartment information card provides information on the breakfast hours but did not say that those people in the apartments are not eligible. In the morning, after pouring our coffee in the breakfast room, the attendant asked for our room number. When we showed him the key, he loudly, in front of the other diners, insisted we could not have breakfast as we were not hotel guests but in the apartments. He reacted very aggressively and it was quite embarrassing. It was a simple misunderstanding that could have been explained at check-in or with some in-room information. Such rudeness was not necessary!

Excellent location, very helpful staff, great value breakfast. Be aware no lift so if you are in level 4, stairs to get up to reception then 4 flights of stairs to carry your luggage
