전체 평가 및 리뷰 Zia Park Hotel

Our stay was because we were tired and stumbled on to Zia. It was nice. Except, we went to the bar to crab a bite. It took q0 minutes just to get a menu. There were 2 gals. One behind the bar, in which she was busy in the kitchen. And another gal on the floor. She is lazy. She was busy with a bar patron that is a regular. She could've helped her colleague by asking is what we needed and simply hand us a menu and tell us her colleague was the one who can take our order. It was disappointing to see her stand around with her regular.

Be careful what room the give you some of them stink really bad they are aware of the problem but they still put you in the room hoping you won't complain. I don't know why they would even put the rooms back in service but, they do. When you mention it they say oh we know I will check and see if we can move you. This was the second time that this has happened.

Staff were great room was nice but I didnt see alot of Security for safety.

The stay was good enjoyed relaxed The only thing I did not appreciate is that I was charged the deposit twice, and when I called got no help. She told me that “ yea it does that to a lot of customers” like it was nothing So my bank was overdrawn because of it And still have not resolved it Smh

Everything was fine first day and the day we where leaving the cleaning lady was nocking my door at 7:20 am and the check out was at 11:00am that makes me furious because is a casino and my husband and I we were at the casino until 3-4 am and we wanted to sleep more time, then as well the bathroom shower doesn’t have pressure on top and not enough hot water it was warm, and I noticed the blanket trough inside has a stain of old blood ,that was disgusting,

Rooms smell bad

Doors are broken on the side and in the back. Reception was very hateful when calling to ask for toilet paper and soap. We went to eat 45 mins before closing and set there for 15 minutes before any one came to the table and then we were told they called last call and they wouldn’t serve us food! Very unorganized we stay at lots of casinos but will not be staying here again.

TV had no power cord. When I called reception to report this (I didn’t want to be accused of taking it), there was no apology or offer to have it remedied. The pillows were over stuffed and uncomfortable. The bedside table was dusty.

I liked everything except no hot breakfast was available. I feel that people spend a good amount of money at the casino, a hot breakfast should be provided.

The property had been upgraded from the last time we were there! What a nice suprise! Much cleaner and just well kept!

Good place to stay!! Except the parking area there’s not that much parking spaces for guest

Me han cobrado doble me cobraron ustedes en la app 112 dólares con 61 centavos y me cobró el hotel 89 dólares ,es una estafa total ,en cualquier momento no uso más está aplicación ,ya que no creo que en ocaciones repetidas sea pura casualidad ,súper disgustada con la app ,

My room was filthy dirty and had a very bad smell… like they had not cleaned in weeks.

Heater in the room didnt work. Asked staff to look at it, and still didnt get repaired. Stayed 2 nights and then was gone.

Clean room and a good breakfast.
