숙소옵션에 주차가능이라고 되어있지만, 반드시 주차가 가능한 지 확인하고 예약하세요☝️ 주차가능한 줄 알고 예약하고 왔는데 주차장 자리가 꽉 차서 외부주차장을 이용해야만 했습니다. 그리고 방은 생각보다 작고 많이 어두워요ㅠㅠ 저희는 1층인데도 불구하고 엘리베이터를 두번이나 타야했는데 숙소에 도착했을 때 파리가 날라다니는 걸 보고 청소여부를 의심했습니다... 가격 대비 많이 아쉬운 숙소😭

Dentro das expectativas do que se pretende para um hotel de duas estrelas. A sublinhar o acolhimento, houve um esforço simpático para o entendimento e uma disponibilidade que não inibe a interação. Limpeza muito boa e mantida ao longo dos dias. Dinâmica muito funcional com sistema de códigos. O único aspeto menos positivo o preço do estacionamento/ dia. Obrigada, voltarei.

Generelt en god oplevelse. Hotellet holder hvad du lover i beskrivelsen. San Sebastián er bare dyrere end andre steder i Spanien, hvilket desværre afspejles i priserne for overnatninger. Hotellet her ligger lidt udenfor de mest populære områder, så selvom hotellet har en langt højere standard end mange pensioner i centrum og den gamle bydel er prisen lavere.

easy check in despite no reception at point of arrival, good room, only snag was not enough plugs: one euro & one American plug by the bed not helpful for euro travellers as do not carry a US plug so charging awkward. otherwise perfect stay

Really enjoyed out stay a 20 minute walk along the river to the beaches and attractions, room had everything you needed and the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Séjour parfait, chambre impeccable, personnel à l'accueil sympathique. Mais ATTENTION......... ne pas oublier de réserver votre place de parking, sinon c'est complet et il faudra se garer dans un parking publique, et là c'est plus cher....... Je le saurais pour la prochaine fois.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, und dass es einen Wasserkocher gab, kam sehr gelegen. Denn es gab trotz Buchung kein Frühstück für mich, da ich um 8:00 auschecken musste um den Zug zu erreichen:Da wir spontan gebucht hatten, (1 Tag vorher) hatten wir noch keine Nachricht vom Hotel bekommen.1. Ich stand ca. 20 Minuten vorm Hotel bevor mir die Türe geöffnet wurde(Hotel telefonisch schwer zu erreichen).2. Dann stellte ich fest, dass es Frühstück erst um 8:30 gibt. Auf Expedia steht 7:30. 3. und heute2 Tage nach eigentlichen Aufenthalt bekomme ich die Hotelinfos zum Hotel. (Aus irgendeinem Grund bekomme ich noch nicht einmal das Frühstücksgeld zurück, es läge bei Expedia die falsche Zeitangabe) Fazit: schade wäre sonst bessere Bewertung. Und Expedia sollte sicherstellen, dass die Hotels rechtzeitig Infos losenden.

The location worked well for me — close to public transportation and still walkable to the beach. Staff was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The way to the room was a bit confusing at first, but the staff explained it clearly. Unfortunately, the room was very warm due to the lack of air conditioning, and I ended up sweating through the night and sleeping poorly. Breakfast had a nice selection, but everything was cold; a microwave would make a big difference. Overall, the stay had potential but fell short in comfort.
