Very nice and comfortable, wonderful garden, stongly recommendable, but problems in WiFi

호텔룸이 큰편이고 라디에이터가 있어서 좋아요 런던에서 에든버러 가는 중에 묵은 숙소에요 렌트카를 타고 이동하여서 갈수있었던 곳이에요 주변에 편의시설은 차를 이용하여 갈수 있어요 가격대비 아주 좋아요

Staff were very abrupt and not very helpful. The reception was often unmanned and I couldn't find reception staff. Room was in need of repair with various leak marks on the ceiling. Wasn't the experience I was expecting from the photos on the listing.

Property needs an update

Really good food including proper breakfast! The room was quirky and nice, with a very low bed. The halls are creaky, but the building is beautiful.

Staff and food was great but very run down in the main, rooms are ok.

No heating in the attic. Asked reception if it could be resolved- not solution- ask if we could have another room - no response. Shame really.

Last minute choice for us but a good one. Lots of dog friendly space outside the hotel in the gardens which, whilst somewhat neglected were still enjoyable and full of wildlife. Hotel itself was slightly dated and could do with a lick of paint or two but overall was in good condition and the evening receptionist and breakfast staff were top notch. Earlier in the evening we had walked out of a hotel we had booked and paid for as it transpired to be dismal but this place was an excellent last minute find and I would definitely stay again.

They closed small bar at 9.30pm! There was a wedding on in the main bar,we had to have an early night!Food was excellent staff were lovely.

Lovely grounds and rooms. There was a wedding on which was fine aoart from some noise latecat night. The staff were great and very helpful. Tasty meal in the restaurant too

Great stay again, second time in a week and also had a night last year. Can’t go wrong, especially for the price.

Really like this place. Amazing old building in beautiful grounds. Friendly staff, restaurant food pretty decent and rooms really nice, all at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was also excellent.

Excellent staff. The views were amazing

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Booked the standard room which was comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. A few minor issues including some mould around the shower and sink plug hole and there was not have much of a view.

When we arrived,we were just given the key,there was no would you like dinner this eveing,or breakfast in the morning. The room was cold and not clean. We werent refreshed for 2 nights on the room. There was oeftover hair all over the bath

when booking a junior Suite i was expected some level of luxury during the stay for a wedding. Other people paid half what i did and had much better facilities in the rooms they had booked. the room was small, with the smallest double bed you could have found anywhere. cheap furniture and no garden view as advertise. poor service all round
