Personal muy amable. Las toallas eran trapos viejos, deshilachadas y percudidas, el agua sale de la regadera y se inunda; dos toma corriente no funcionaban (el del área de lavabo y una mesita de noche). La TV solo le “funcionaban” 4 canales y sonaba feo.

It was ok until my last night when someone who had very specific information about me like my phone number, full name and room number, Information only the hotel had at the time.They threatened me and my family as they tried to extort me out of money.

Everything in the rooms was great but the Lobby and the restaurant attendants weren't not promt.

The hotel for what I needed was perfect . My whole reason was to visit La Basilica de Guadalupe and it was a short taxi drive away. The area is not great and the hotel is a little run down but I still thought it was perfect for me.

Habitación muy amplia, cama king, el joven encargado de mi habitación muy educado y profesional.

Food was terrible I call in for towels and they never send them then call the next day and they said that they changed the towels every two days the towels were super old leaks everywhere when using the shower at restaurant order coffee and it was cold when asked to take it back to get reheated the lady got upset at the end I still have her a tip

Staff was courteous, the room was clean and like pictured. Wish the towels were better, as they were too thin, some had holes or rips on them. And we were only provided body towels.

The lobby receptionist was very accommodating. He checked us in right away. The hotel is very closed to the bus terminal. It only took us about 10 minutes to get there…very convenient as we stayed only for a night before we took the bus to Guanajuato early in the morning. The room was clean but smelled moldy. Our room was facing a major street so it was very noisy as trucks were constantly passing by. Overall it is ok for very short stays; otherwise this might not be the hotel you might be looking for.

Très très pratique pour aller à pied (ou en taxi) au terminal central del Norte des autobus. Hôtel avec un personnel d'une très grande courtoisie et serviabilité à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Décoration un peu vieillotte dans les chambres, mais tout très propre. J'ai été surprise aussi par la très bonne insonorisation.
