Very nice hotel

Great place I am actually planning another vacation there very soon

The property was beautiful however the rooms were outdated. My room had a very old smell, seems it was frm the old A/C vents. The bathroom designed without a door, the toilet has a door but no main door for the bathroom. The entertainment was 3/10, daily entertainment at the poor was like 1 day outta my 6 days 04/14-19/2025. Night shows were like 1hour for couple nights. The club wasn’t jumping, one night they had karaoke which lead to a mini party. My overall stay 5/10

Royalton Chic was a disappointment. The property needs a renovation. One restaurant was closed for remodeling. The rooms were small, outdated, and looked old. There were no drink menus so you had to ask the bartender recommendations and every drink was cheap rum. The staff was nice but the propery was not upscale. For the price paid, I definitely feel I over paid.

The bad experience at this hotel began at the entrance to the property, where hotel security kept us waiting for approximately 10 minutes because, according to his excuse, he couldn't find our reservation and also asked for our ID so he could take pictures with his own phone. After arriving at the hotel reception at 4:00 pm, they informed us that our room was not ready for occupancy and the check-in time was at 3:00 pm, even though we had requested an early check-in two days prior. When they finally gave us the key to our room, we proceeded to go, but when we got to the door, they were still cleaning it. The room was not at all what I expected; being a simple room, I hoped it wouldn't feel like I was staying in a very low-category motel like this one did. They offered me a room change, which I accepted, since it was the same category but located in a different building. I asked what the next category would be, and I was told I would have to pay an extra US$100.00 per night, which I declined since I was only staying for one night and it wouldn't be worth it, fearing it would be a little more. I selected this hotel because the one I was actually going to choose was cheaper, but I understood that it's not every day that one celebrates a year of marriage, so I opted to book this slightly more expensive hotel, hoping the whole experience would be better for my wife and me on our anniversary. Beautiful property with great options

I liked the room and the bartenders Ranfy, Miguel and Kelvin they were nices to us. The food was horrible. It was either to hard to chew or too blend. I will come out if I have the chance because I did have fun at the bar and I liked the view.

Had an amazing time! The wings from the sports bar are sooo good! The pool is lit! Will definitely come back!

The convenience of having everything close was exciting as to the pool the beach the food facilities. The concierge service with Jean and Cesar are first class as well as the in room cleanliness but the bathrooms around the pool area would need to be cleaned more often. The entertainment and the bar service was excellent. The thing I did not like was when they tried to push that time sharing or whatever you call it.when you get in the office everyone is nice they shake your hand and are being very friendly but after several attempts to sell you and you don’t buy it they get up and leave without even shaking your hand it was very disrespectful and the worst part is I was actually considering to buy it. All that said yes I would come back to Royalton but there is no way I would go to one of those time share meeting again.
