Beautiful winery 2.5 hours from Santiago. We stayed in incredible bungalow with a view of a lake and mountain. 5 star stay!

If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. Despite the fact the hotel and surrounding grounds are incredible, the staff and experiences are what make this place. We have never been somewhere with such exceptional service. Would highly recommend the trip out of Santiago to anyone visiting Chile

Dissappointing. Our stay was just average.

Excelente, o concierge foi muito inexperiente e não passou informações corretas e precisas. A vinícola e as escolhas dos vinhos deixaram a desejar.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento restaurantes ótimos, mas atendimento concierge e bar deixam a desejar, assim como manutencao estrutura e sustentabilidade que e pouco (carrosmcombustao para hospedes, garrafas plástico, e tc)

Uma experiencia muito boa, excelente gastronomia, atendimento do restaurante impecavel, atendimento no check in excelente, so o chuveiro que demora muito para a agua esquentar num local tão frio

Hotel incrível. Arquitetura deslumbrante, quarto amplo, confortável. Estando no hotel não é precisp se preocupar com nada. Funcionários muito solicitos que organizaram previamente todas as atividades que solicitei, como a degustação VIK e um picnic nos vinhedos. Excelente jantar harmonizado. Café da manhã, embora de alta qualidade, poderia ter um pouco mais de opções.

Hotel lindíssimo, quartos amplos e muito bem decorados. Café da manhã simples para o padrão do hotel. Piscina não é aquecida, o que limita bastante o seu uso (mesmo no verão as noites são bastante frias e a água da piscina permanece bastante gelada). Tem apenas uma jacuzzi ao ar livre, que precisa de agendamento para ser utilizada. Jantar muito bom e almoço razoável no local. No geral uma ótima estada, porém muito cara para aquilo que oferece.

The grounds are transcendent. We felt like we were on top of the world with the location of the hotel on the hill and the views were magnificent. The staff was courteous. The food was Michelin Star quality.

My stay was “full experience”, which means that all meals (+wine) were included, and also some activities The property is absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a bold architectural style and is full of incredible works of art! All the staff are very well trained, kind and welcoming. The service is one of the highlights! I stayed in the “Holograph” chalet, the room is amazing, the views incredible! Bed is wonderful, the bed linen and towels are of extraordinary quality, as are the bath products - compatible with the price of the daily rate charged. The shower was a complete disappointment, absolutely horrible! Taking a shower was almost torture, since I only stayed one night I overlooked it, however, if I had to stay for more days, it would certainly be intolerable. The hair dryer was also terrible, considering the standards that the hotel is supposed to have, it is almost unacceptable, it was worse than those of the Ibis hotel chain. Breakfast: very good, as expected. Lunch: nothing special, average food. Below expectations Dinner: very good! Gastronomic experience consistent with what is expected Horseback riding: fun, I noticed the special care taken with the animals and the very kind and friendly driver Winery tour: standard Look, the hotel is incredible, but I don't think I would stay there again for the price. The exclusivity that it promises is lost in the details, u have to reserve a time for the jacuzzi/sauna, there are not enough lounge chairs at the pool, etc

O hotel eh bom. fiquei em um bangalo fora do hotel. Quarto grande porem nao funcional. A banheira que fica na sacada esta sempre suja e conforme o hotel explicou , se vc usar nao pode tomar banho por duas horas pois nao tem agua quente. A parte dos SPAs deixa muito a desejar. Muito poucas opcoes e a parte mais decepcionante eh a piscina que nao tem aquecimento. Mesmo indo no verao , fica dificil entrar. Tem apenas uma banheira de hidro e ainda tem que ser reservada com duas horas de antecedencia o que nao funciona. precisam melhorar principalmente pelo preco alto e sendo cotados como um dos melhores das Americas.

Hotel moderno e confortável com atendimento excelente. Os pratos do almoço e jantar não agradaram muito nosso paladar, os vinhos, o atendimento e a vista do quarto compensaram .

Amazing. From the start to the end. We had an excellent time. Sebastian and Rodrigo stand out as great hosts along with the rest of the attentive staff. The food is perfect, the wine, the views. Everything is amazing.
