Great experience, room was great overlooking the football pitch, breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The only slight annoyance was that we had to pay £15 check in for a room that was already cleaned and ready to be occupied.

We had another great time at this exceptional hotel. It's very clean and friendly. The car park is very cheap and the bar restaurant is good value.

Dated throughout ,room door didn’t close without force, bathroom door handle broken, room window latch wouldn’t shut, towel holder hanging off, no shower gel, sofa bed bent in middle, asked for towels in the am and had to phone and go to reception in the evening. Bar food nice with good size portions and staff in bar friendly and helpful.

My husband and myself went away for a weekend away and we were very pleased with the staff and hotel room. We were close to all the sights and the sea and the pubs, bars and restaurants. This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and we will be coming back. Thank you

It’s in a place that’s a good 20 minute walk from most attractions but is safe and clean. It’s very dated now so I would not say it maintains its 4 star rating. Breakfast was good.

Cool that you get a pitch view in the superior rooms. Shame that there was construction going on that was never mentioned on the booking nor by reception that started just after 7:30 in the morning.

Hotel starting to look a bit grubby and worn out. Skirting hanging off outside our room. Carpet dirty. Breakfast was ok except for the very solid overcooked bacon. I have stayed here a few times over the years but probably wont again.

Check in was super quick. Didnt really see any other staff, barring the gentlemen who was in the foyer, opening the front door for guests, which was a good touch. Didn't have breakfast here this time, as we're going to try a local cafe. There's an iron/ironing board available in the room, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, table and Three chairs, and a very effective climate control system. Stayed here before, and would definitely stay again.

No hot water, I was advised in check-in they could cancel my room free of charge however there was no suitable accommodation nearby.

It was a bit of a walk/bus ride from the train station and located in an area that was a bit run-down, but the property itself was well-maintained, clean, safe and comfortable. We would return. Very comfortable bed, on site restaurant had good food. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for a small fee (10 pounds).

Great stay, nice location, little walk to Blackpool attractions but not too far if you good at maps. I liked the security at the hotel. Great views on match day. Hotel room was nice & comfy, however, heating was temperamental. But all in all would recommend it.
