The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was great. The only problem I had was the air conditioning was very loud, not sure if it had a problem but I had to turn the tv up very loud to hear it over the ac.

Frustrated by the experience. Drove an hour out of our way for the double suite for our large family. When we arrived, they had given our room to another customer (without informing us or asking us if that would be ok) and given us two rooms that did NOT accommodate the number in our party, which they knew in advance. They changed the rooms to give us the beds we needed, but the rooms were not conjoined, which was a hassle. The reason they said they could not give us conjoined rooms was because the room conjoined to one of our rooms was missing a shower curtain, but when we arrived to OUR room, it was missing a shower curtain, and neither of our rooms contained any shower/bath towels. I had to request these. And the front desk clerk delivered a shower curtain to our room after we had all gone to bed. The pool was cold and old and smelled like rust. I also had to request pool towels because they were completely out. The rinse off shower in the pool area was at least nice. The rooms were clean and beds and room temp comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of great variety and something for everyone, so that was positive. And it was promptly served and the server was courteous and helpful. Still very annoyed by the room change. We specifically drove out of our way because it was the only suite available to accommodate us.

In the first room they gave us, the A/C was making loud, horrible noises. The room smelled very strongly of mildew, eo much so that my nose immediately started burning when entering the room. The staff was happy to move us into another room that did not have the same problems. The new room was generally clean, except the carpet was incredibly sticky all over (enough to be uncomfortable going without shoes on it). The edge of the duvet was in really rough shape, with busted seams and hanging frays. It was "fine", but the quality is not what I've come to expect from Holiday Inns.

Janelle at the front desk was very helpful. The room was nice and rooming. We ask about dining recommendations. She suggested Sal’s place. That’s a mom pop place a little ways down the road about a mile. Very good food very big portions. Enjoy.

Offered only accessible room when not stated online. Wet spot on carpet by bed when arrived, hair on pillows and blind was broken. Strong smell in room.

Overbooked through Expedia they said but didn’t get to help me get refunded just said sorry and told me to call IHG or Expedia

Liked the staff, pool, and hot tub

Clean, friendly staff. Great place to get away for a night or two.

There was no water. I do not mean low water pressure, no water. Did not get to take a shower, the commode trickle filled, once you flushed, it took over 15 minutes for the commode tank to fill. The shower literally just dripped. I ask for some form of compensation and was told they would deduct $20 from our bill, we paid $130 for one night stay. Not much compensation. The room was clean and the staff was very polite but that did not do much for my wife's hair. Do not think we'll be staying at a Holiday inn Express anytime soon.

The staff was wonderful, nice, helpful. My room was extremely clean and quiet. Parking was simple and check in was a breeze!

We booked through a third party, but the hotel does not keep their availability up to date with the site. We arrived with our 3 children around 9 pm and they told us they didn’t have a room for us. They had King bed rooms unclaimed that we were willing to take, but they refused. No one else in town had availability. Terrible experience and my credit card was still charged for the room and $50 for incidentals.

Convenient to our family in Monroe - nice to stay in a clean establishment. Our breakfast times were enjoyable!

Stayed here several times. Im always comfortable and relaxed .

We stayed room 208, no k cups, no coffee cups or water cups, no toilet paper, and bedding was dirty. Im not even sure this room had been cleaned before our stay.

The hotel was great as always. Employees are super nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay.
