아침식사는 훌륭했어요.부페가 아닌 따뜻한 음식을 직접 조리해서 주니 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 더블룸 small size로 예약했는데 standard room으로 free upgrade 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 그리고 호텔시설들은 깔끔하고 쾌적했고 수영장이 정말 좋았어요 수영장내에 작은spa도 있어서 추울땐 거기들어가 있으니 정말 좋았어요.수영장물도 깨끗하고 온도도 적당해서 아이들 쾌적하게 수영할수있겠더라구요. 저는 정말 좋았어요

Unfortunately due to illness, I was unable to journey to The Sight. I attempted three times to contact Hotels.com via their support email address to explain the situation but never received a reply. When contacted by The Wight as to my non arrival,I sent a message 'Caancelled Booking' ((

The staff at The Wight clearly care about their job & were very warm & keen to help. There is excellent information available about the island. The hotel is dated, but very clean, coordinated & in good repair. The photos advertised were accurate. We didn't try the facilities as only stayed one night. Breakfast was cooked to order & we were able to chose our items individually. It was basic but reasonable. Soya milk available for me as a vegan, but no vegan spread or protein alternatives. The mattresses could do with being replaced as they were a bit soft & the springs could be felt a bit. On the whole would recommend for someone staying in the area.

Excellent in every way. Brilliant breakfast menu, Staff friendly and not intrusive. Fabulous swimming pool and great location. Will certainly be going back.

Very conveniently located, with plenty of parking. Staff very helpful. Shower room was quite small, with a big step into the shower,which may be a challenge for the less mobile.Couldn't get kettle under the tap to fill it up. Swimming pool was an added bonus, with jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. Breakfast very good. Decor bit dated, but everywhere clean.

Our stay at the Wight Hotel in Sandown was absolutely brilliant. Full Monty breakfast was first class. The staff were great - nothing was too much trouble for them; so friendly and helpful. we were made to feel very welcome and soon made ourselves at home enjoying the friendly Wight atmosphere and all the services which were available. some great nights in the bar with the entertainment. The hotel is located close to all the amenities and bus stops. what more could you want for a great holiday in a great hotel.

Loved the breakfast options, all freshly cooked abd lots of choice.

For all the important stuff: staff knowledge, information given when checking in (in regards to local services etc), peace etc. The Wight was exactly what I needed. I was allowed to check in early with no hassle/extra fees. The staff were always friendly and helpful if I needed anything, but the welcome book provided so much information that I rarely needed to ask questions.

We usually stay in 4* accomodation and we didn't feel that The Wight 'hit that mark' Our room was serviced daily however, not to a particular high standard of cleanliness especially in the bathroom which definitely needed a refurbishment however, must mention the lovely white fluffy towels which were appreciated. A glass rather than plastic cups would also be more 4* in the rooms. The chairs weren't relaxing and too low for sitting on to dry hair infront of the mirror! The full Monty breakfasts were obviously popular with many guests but we would have appreciated a better healthy option with more fresh fruit with our breakfast. When asking for a cup of tea in the bar area, milk in a jug would be more in keeping with 4 star rather than long life milk in a plastic container! staff were friendly but somehow we felt The Wight had a lack of atmosphere to help enhance an otherwise enjoyable holiday.

Just had a one night stay at The Wight, first impressions were very dated and tired. The staff there were amazing, so helpful and friendly and really made it for us. The girls used the pool and went down in the evening for table tennis. Comfy beds and clean kettle so winning!! Easy parking big plus.

It's a great place for a short stay with family. The pool is a plus. There is a good breakfast and great service. With your car, you can get to any other place on the island in a reasonable time.

We arrived and were met by a lovely lady who was very informative and made us feel really welcome which was great. Breakfast was really good and Terry in the morning was great and chatty. Room was very clean and large ( we did get a superior double). All of the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge of the area was a blessing. Being off the road was also good and the car park is large enough. We will definitely be back for another visit soon. Thank you all John and Sheila Room 148

You get exactly what it says on the tin. No frills no fuss no flash. Nice pool & really nice staff.
