Stopped by during a road trip. Nice room, good breakfast, kind service! Would recommend for people stopping by for a good night's rest.

TV was in demo mode and had no remote. The was was a little small for 2 kids. The fridge had no freezer

Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was way overpriced for the room. The pillows were half the size of a standard pillow. I got in the shower before I realized that there was no shower curtain. I continue to take a shower without the shower curtain and then I went down to the front desk to retrieve a shower curtain for the other person in my room. The hotel had no working juice machine for their breakfast. The temperature control on the wall was non functional It was absolutely not worth the price paid.

It was good over all had some garbage left in my room

It was fine. Great to have fridge, microwave, coffee maker in room.

I arrived and checked at 8:30pm. It was after 10:30 and THREE different rooms before a clean one could be found! My room was barely OK. The bed had a mattress that should have replace YEARS ago. Truly horrible. The knob that make the safety bar a safety bar was GONE! The tub drain overflow cover came off....THEN I was double charged for this horrible experience! When I got the alert on my phone I forgot to recheck the room(my error) and found out I forget my wedding ring/band. Of course no one turned it in. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN! Manger never on duty! Phones it in!

The room was a little run down, stains on the carpet, marks on the wall, the door frame in the bathroom was peeling off. The pillows were weird square shaped and felt like they were stuffed with something instead of a real pillow.. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Also we arrived anout 3:30 and there was a very long line to check in and only one person working. I would not pay $200 again for this room.

The room was not bad besides the dead flies on the beds when we arrived

Room stunk, thermostat didn't work, tv didn't work. Had to switch rooms. Just not good at all.

I stayed in handicapped accessible room. That room need more lights, roll in showers instead of bathtub, doorbell light is not working. The room should be on first Floor in case fire, easy for them to wheel chair out not on the 4th floor. How the person in wheelchair get down if can’t use elevator

Picked this hotel for the price and location. All was as expected and would stay there again. Breakfast was good There were a couple things that could be corrected to make our stay even better, see photos.
