We really liked the neighborhood location. And it was a convenient walk to many different areas. Our room facing Wellington was a bit noisy but the rooms were very nicely appointed with a lot of modern features. It has an excellent vibe at nighttime.

The team went above and beyond with their customer service, we really appreciated it and it made our stay much more enjoyable.

1Hotel is amazing. The aesthetics, attention to detail and sustainability practices are top notch. The staff are incredibly attentive. The rooms are very clean and stylish. This is our second visit in 3 months. It’s definitely my first and dare I say only choice for Toronto.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the price, much too high but that seems a general economic trend governed by supply and demand. Mitigating that, is the exchange rate between the US and Canada, i.e., 25% effective discount for US citizens.

Hotel molto molto bello e con diverse situazioni/ristoranti. Piacevole serata con musica live al ristorante Roof con vista mozzafiato sulla città. Peccato solo per i rumori del cantiere vicino che ci hanno svegliato all’alba. Ad ogni modo sono stato attento e gentili perché ci hanno fatto un piccolo sconto per tale disagio.

Everything about this hotel is top tier… the staff, the room, dining, the bars and the communication were all perfect. The food at the restaurants is amazing. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is inviting, welcoming and safe.

Wonderful stay - I just wish more water was provided in the rooms

Beautiful hotel with every single detail made intentional. We loved our room, the furniture and decor, and all the amenities. Communication with the staff was excellent, and the service was very fast. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and accommodating! The pool area is too small and doesnt have much seating so we werent able to go swimming in the sun, and parking should be included for the price of the hotel. The restaurants are very pretty and food & drinks were tasty, but overpriced for what it is. Overall, I would still recommend staying here for a calm luxury experience, but be prepared to spend lots if eating on-site.

Hôtel très bien, confortable. La salle de bain et toilettes manquent d’intimité car porte coulissante. Par contre hôtel moins adapté pour des familles. Le hall de l’hôtel est dédié au bar très branché ou beaucoup de monde vient passer la soirée. Idem pour le roof top où se trouve la piscine et où beaucoup de soirées sont organisées tout au long de la semaine.
