Kamar kotor, lorong depan kamar basah,

Its OK but must upgrade service. Reception is good but ni tissue. Water mineral water. Out of stock. No coway water. Water heater is on but hot water not function.

I stayed in double bed room and the room was dirty and have small bugs. When I complained. They just said that if the bugs inside the room, it 's not because of them. We stay for few days and moved to triple room. Water water heater was not working. I asked them to check and they said that it was broken, but the maintenance is not on scheduled yet. So they cannot call the mechanic. They said I have to shower with cold water, not giving any solutions at all 😡.

Kamarnya kecil dan berbau lembab, lantai terasa kotor. Kamar mandi pun sangat kecil, mungkin ukuran 1 mx1m. selimut terasa gatal, Benar-benar tidak nyaman.

It's was a superb bad experience that's i never ever had before.. the feel and smell was totally bad.. environment is bad and totally not like a hotel at all.

1. just because remote for TV and AC, I had to ask from receptionist and 2 times walk from 2nd floor to ground floor 2. New guests late check in, their kids was laughing and talking at corridor clearly audible to my room then don't know what happened with their door, their father seems like tried or repair the lock of door, almost 1.30am and really annoyed, I feel asleep after 2am and overslept, so I was late for my marathon event

Nice hotel, good price and the room is comfortable although it's quite small. Recommended for those backpackers

Good and affordable for backpacking

The room was nice but the floor little bit dirty.

Booking Twin bed. Checking not available. Given 2 single rooms which one of the room are bad ie dirty, smelly. No remote for air-cond

Good hotel and the staffs were very kind. Without any extra charge they upgraded our room. So nice of them. All tje best wishes for them.

It's good because nearly to shop mall and sunway lagoon so many restaurant around this areas

no channel for TV, and the floor is so dirty. Their room also so small.

Before you check-in, please be prepared the bathroom is small.

All staff is very good and nicely talking. The reception staff is very good. He is a perfect man.

Cleanliness of the room, bed especially. Bedsheet are bad.

Room is not clean. No point watching TV, it is so blur that you would rather just turn it off. Even the receptionist is sleeping in the reception area.
