이 숙소가 조금 외곽에 있는 것 처럼 보이나 과나후아토가 워낙 작은 도시여서 10분~15분이면 중심지까지 걸어가기에 충분했고 특히 시장과 가까워 프리메라 버스 터미널까지 가는 버스를 타러가기에도 좋았다. 방도 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절했고 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡아주어 편안하게 여행할 수 있었다.

숙박시설이 청결하고 친절했습니다. 특히 구아나 후아토에서 아옌데라는 곳을 투어 하려했는데 표를 구매하지 못했는데, 현지 팩키지 상품을 저렴한 가격에 소개해줘 편히게 여행할 수있었습니다.

This hotel is immaculate and well located. The important reason to take off a star is because there is no hoy water for the shower. The first day I showered almost entirely with cold (not lukewarm, freezing cold) water, by the end it got warm. Today I let it run and when it got warm I jumped in, only to stop when I was shampooing my hair. The rest of the shower: frozen water. My roommate had the exact same experience. When I went to reception to let them know, the front desk lady and told I should’ve notified it (I was doing it in that moment, hair still dripping from the cold shower). We also couldn’t use the safe box because the directions are for opening but not programming. I got the directions online from the manufacturer page to program it but the model of the safe was missing the #* keys, the safe kept beeping and blinking yellow when we tried to program it. The lady at the front desk said we were supposed to figure it out because they are not allowed, she reset it twice but it never worked out. Would we stay again? Probably not, because of the cold shower.

The lady at front desk rude, mean & cold. Please put her away from people. You need a friendly, smoky, helpful front desk assistant. Front desk is the face of your business. Bathroom towels sand paper perfect for aligator skin. I requested one big bed & got 2 small ones. Amazing gentlemen’s chest. Spacious room.

Lo único malo es que el estacionamiento está a 15-20 min caminando, no está cerca del hotel es una lata además si se presenta una emergencia no está tan accesible ir por el.
