다섯명이 지내기에는 문제가 없었어요 숙소 문제사항이 있을때마다 바로바로 해결해줘서 좋았네요. 청결도는 깨끗했어요 다만 청소는 매일 해주시는게 아니라서 유의해야할 같아요. 그리고 계단폭이 좁고 높아서 짐올리고 내릴때 힘들어요. 어느정도 예상은 하고 갔기에 큰 문제는 없었어요.

Bad communication with Expedia, wrong room book at our arrival. Staff was able to get us a 2 bedrrom apartment.

Appartement très très bien placé au cœur d’Amsterdam. La ligne 14 du tram est à 150 mètres et vous emmène partout en ville (direct pour la gare centrale, le musée national, musée Van Gogh, etc…)

Nice spacious apartment with good bathroom and kitchen and separate toilet. Good supermarket 10 mins walk away. Area was peaceful and felt safe.

We were switched to this property when our original hotel cancelled, a week before we were supposed to travel. This turned out to be a very positive change! This space was large, clean, bright and comfortable. I loved having a kitchen to make coffee and easy breakfasts. The Albert Heijn grocery store was a five minute walk away and was open til 10:00 for easy meal and snack options. I do wish there had been written instructions on how to work the stove and oven as the symbols were new to me and it took a bit of google searching. A few reviews have complained about the stairs, but this was completely normal for Amsterdam and really no big deal once we got our luggage up! We were walking distance to the shopping district, Artis (zoo) and many other attractions. The subway was also right there so easy to catch a train on days when we had done a little too much walking or it was raining. There was a small issue with shower drain no working properly when we arrived but someone came to check it out right away and while it wasn't fixed while we were there, they did bring us LOTS of extra towels to help with the overflow. The rooms with the double bed and the murphy bed were perfect. The room with the two twin beds was TINY and had no real windows so it got a little stuffy - something to keep in mind depending on who will be sleeping where. The thermostat was very responsive so it was easy to manage overall temperatures as the weather changed quite a bit during our week-long stay.

There was no mention of all the stairs in the property ! We had disabled people with us and every time we wanted to go out it was hectic. The property was not cleaned.. dust and dirt and a cup full of mould was under the sofa. Bed sheets wasnt washed from previous occupants and smelt abit fusty.

une fois arrivé à Amsterdam, dans la rue de l'happartement, pas de numéro ! Après avoir descendu et remonté la rue à force de chercher nous avons rencontré des personnes qui avaient le même problème. L'accueil en fait se situe dans une autre rue, non, précisé sur notre réservation. La ame à l'accueil, fort peu sympathique nous affirmé nous avoir envoyé les renseignements nécessaire, ce qui est faux ! Appartement une pièce très mal insonorisé, pas d'eau chaude ni de chauffage une journée. En dépit du très beau quartier, calme, vert ce séjour est une déception. Bravo la dame de l'accueil !!! ,

The property was in a great quiet location, easy walk to metro/tram. Cafe and Pizza restaurant at the end of the road. Nearest Spar about 10 mins walk. Lots of stairs to 3rd floor! Very comfy beds and duvets. Kitchen had coffee/tea/sugar (no cafetiere). As advertised and perfect for out 3 night stay.

MOUSE INFESTED. What a rip off. My family (wife and three kids 22, 20, 17) stayed here in December 2023 for 3 nights. Despite the large cost the apartment is extremely basic with bare wooden floors and cheap furniture. It felt like a student flat. The door handles fell off. The common stair area was dirty. We were awakened every night by people smoking weed in the garden of apartment below. THE WORST THING WAS THE MICE THAT WE SAW RUNNING AROUND INSIDE THE APARTMENT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. I CONTACTED THE OWNER BUT HAD NO REPLY. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IS AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!

The place itself was fine, but it was not at all made clear the treacherous multiple flights of near ladder like stairs required to climb to get to the main level of the apartment. We spent the night, but ended up booking a room at another hotel for use during the day to avoid going up and down those stairs more than once.
