최고! 호텔 서비스가 최고였어요 정말 예쁘고 인테리어도 현지 분위기로 고급스러움 최고! 조식도 맛있었고 침구도 편안했지만... 호텔 리셉션에서 복잡한 메디나의 길을 친절히 알려주고 제마 엘프나의 삐끼들로부터 벗어날 팁도 알려주었어요 우리가 길을 잃을까 걱정하자 모로코 핸드폰을 주고 연락할 수 있게 해주고, 택시 기사도 현지 가격에 계속 붙여주고 정말 짱짱맨이었어요 이 호텔이 아니었다면 마라케쉬 여행은 악몽이었겠지만, 이 호텔 덕분에 마라케쉬 여행이 좋은 추억이 되었답니다

Friendly and accommodating. Staffs were great & knowledgeable. Rooms are beautiful & comfortable. Cooking workshop is a must do!

This was my favorite stay in Morocco. Top-notch, highly personalized service. The Riad itself has incredible character and beauty. The spa was excellent. I particularly like the jazz bar and the courtyard. The Jazz bar had a really cool early 1900’s vibe.

Beautiful property, convenient location, accommodating staff.

Maison Arabe is the epitome of old school service and hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff here and the building and rooms are gorgeous . In keeping with traditional Moroccan decor but without feeling dated. We stayed in a classic room and it was gorgeous with lovely stained glass door and windows. The only tiny negative was that not much natural light gets into the room, some semi sheer curtains would be perfect as opposed to only blackout curtains- but not an issue if you like a dark room to sleep in . The jazz bar was a lovely highlight (excellent pianist and lovely staff) as was the complimentary afternoon tea in the courtyard. The whole place also smells exquisite. So close to all of the action of the medina but a cosy peaceful oasis to escape - perfect ! Special mention to Idris and Abdelhakim who made our stay extra special .

It is the oldest riad in Marrakech and the property is exquisite. Every room by the reception is unique and has a feel of the 1940s with beautiful decorations and architectural details. The swimming pool is great after a few hours of walking through the Medina. The staff is very helpful to get us a guide or find a reservation for a restaurant they suggest. We had a balcony in our room where we were able to spend the evenings. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with homemade Moroccan crepes. It was a delight.

A very professional staff throughout the hotel, especially the front desk and Ismail in particular. The hotel is architectural stunning, the vision of one man and it shows. Everything about this hotel is perfect, as is their out of town swimming pool, and oasis of calm. My one criticism would be that the complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms should be replaced without having to ask....a small thing but important. A perfect holiday destination.

Friendly staff and such a rich history

This Riad was an incredible place to relax , it was so serene that you forgot you were in the middle of the crazy hustle bustle of marrakesh. Ismael was fantastic and every staff member was welcoming, gracious and treated you like you were a guest in their home. The country club pool was beautiful and lovely space to spend an afternoon after a day of shopping in the souks Highly recommend making La Maison Arabe your home base when visiting marrakesh Thank you Team La Maison Arabe for making my stay an incredible experience Cheers Ferhana

The hotel was well situated in the medina. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was a good size and was kept really clean. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast was of a very high standard. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend.

This historic riad is by far the best place I have ever had the pleasure of staying. The staff are sensational and their service impecable.

Amazing place going to it next year for a longer stay

Loved the staff, location and dining room. Beautifully decorated. Only problem was Expedia did not tell us I had inadvertently booked a single room.it was quite small for two people. But I had booked directly with the hotel for the third night and once we were moved our room was perfect.

What a delightful experience! The unique and spacious rooms (we had two) are a peaceful oasis—a delightful respite from the chaos of the Medina outside. The interior courtyards provide tranquil spaces. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
