Staff was very kind and clean room, comfortable bed. But a little noisy.

아파트먼트를 예약했는데 가건물 같은 그라운드 층에 방을 주었어요. 딱봐도 3성은 아닌데.. 런던에 살았었기에었 타 도시에 비해 호텔컨디션은 감안하다해도 여기는 정말 아닌듯합니다. 냉새나고 좁고 화장실 곰팡이, 방옆에 휴게실에는 장기거주자들이 매일 술먹는 사람들이 시끄럽게 하고 .. 사진과 너무 정반대였습니다. 5박이나 투숙해야했기에 방을 바꾸어달래도 안된다였습니다. 추천하지 않겠습니다.

Arrived early to such a friendly welcome. Able to leave our bags before check in. Checked in and bags were already in the room, amazing staff and service. Room was spacious enough, very clean, snacks and drinks provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer in room. Television in room. Fan in the room which was a godsend in 30+° heat. Comfortable bed, slept so so well. Such a warm welcome, beautiful building and room. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend. Thank you

It was an extremely hot day and I was provided with a fan which was hugely appreciated. The reception team were lovely and the room had everything I needed including a fridge

Hotel was maybe 5/10 enough but the staff are incompetent to the point of fraudulence. I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350. I was tired because they had just woken me up to tell me this and I didn’t want to argue so I just did it. I should have just left then and there. The guy at the counter kept asking me to pay for the extended stay, and then when I tried to pay for it, he told me he had to text the manager and kept me waiting at the counter for 15 - 20 minutes before I said I was leaving. Later that day they came back to tell me I had to move rooms in the next 10 minutes because they had booked someone else into my room. Then I moved into my next room, which was less than half the size, and didn’t have a washing machine (my initial reason for booking). They kept knocking on my door in the mornings and waking me up, despite having my do not disturb sign on my door. The security or fire alarm was going off in the lobby for several days, and they had technicians working on it several times when I went through the lobby. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at one point, waking me up. There was construction next to my second room. The construction workers had been smoking outside throughout my stay and then the staff came to my bash on my door once again with my do not disturb sign up just to accuse me of smoking in the room

The bed was a camp bed, the walls were very thin, and the fire alarm went off multiple times during the night (no apology from the staff)

Ok for the price. The bath room is very poor. Cramped and the plumbing is very mediocre. The shower took a long time to drain. If I had a shower for any length of time it would have overflowed. Minimal flush in the toilet. This could be remedied by a decent plumber or just possibly a good clean out of the drain.

This place was amazing and was a great stay in London. The area is close to bus stops and to the metro. The people were are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and overall my family and I had a great stay! Would recommend to anyone coming to London.

This a great place, very easy to get to Tottenham Stadium, and nice and clean.

The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. Super easy check-in and check-out. The room is as described, but the entire building could use an upgrade. Downside was how much you could hear when someone walked up and down the stairs outside the room. Close to the Manor House underground and also has a busstop nearby. Great park nearby if you like morning strolls.

Close to Finsbury Park with nice walks, nice room and lovely staff on site. Couldn’t recommend more! Perfect for transport as located next to Manor House station. I will defo stay again!

Nice atmosphere when you walk in, laid back and friendly. Rooms to a good standard, didn't want for anything.

Lovely twin room with a little kitchenette, hairdryer etc. Staff were so helpful re:check in. Will definitely rebook when needed x

Hotel was just right for our overnight stay. Close enough to the concert venue to enable us to walk. Facilities provided were good. Only down side was the rather excessive pre-charge (not previously notified) for potential use of soft drinks/snacks in room.
