closed to airport... kind reception desk...

arriving on a cold night I appreciated the heater being on.

What a great find. On the outskirts of Melbourne near the airport, good sized room for a family of 3. Very comfortable beds, warm and quiet. Room was clean. Shower was amazing!

Prompt service, privacy, good parking, easy to find with GPS, handy location with shop across the road.

Booked it and sent me a email confirmation to check in but was wrong times and they wouldn't give my money back the hotel and hotels.com

Shame there was no warning about the homeless people staying there until checkin time and the issues there were causing. No sleep, people outside all night people knocking on the door asking for a light. Never again.

I liked how clean it is and the attitude of the staff

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, hard as a matter of fact. It felt like laying on a board. The two chairs also left a lot to be desired. The person at reception was friendly and helpful.

Good position close to the airport. Close to restaurants and cafes and pub.

When we arrived, there was no one to check us in; just a note on the door saying to call a phone number. Our cell phones no longer had service and we had no way to call. We went for a couple short walks, returning every 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, we walked across the street and the kind man at the liquor store called the number and we were told our key was under the doormat. When we checked out, the office was closed again - just dropped the key through the slot. This is the first time we have stayed at a hotel/motel and never had contact with any staff. The facility was nice though - very clean and quiet.

Would highly recommend with the exception of the very uncomfortable beds! Cleanliness was second to none.

I like the fact that it was in a great location it was handy for transport and the eats and shops and in a lovely part of Keilor.
