However, There were many things uncomfortable during my stay in fact. 1) Wifi sucks. Sometimes you loose connection and it takes next couple hours for recovery. 2) Overall, Most things are old. Water pressure when taking shower is too low and the bathtub drain not working properly. 3) Receptionists are unkind.

비즈니스로 출장하여 숙박을 하였는데 퀼른 역근처라서 교통이 아주 편리하였고, 또한 퀼른 대성당 이가까와 주변에 먹을 거리가 많아 아주 좋았음.

위치가 너무 좋아요. 다만 중앙역 바로 옆에 위치되어 있어서 잘 때 좀 시끄러웠어요. 직원분들도 너무 친절해서 좋았고, 방도 업그레이드 해주셨구요. 근데 별4개짜리 호텔은 아닌것 같아요ㅎㅎ시설이 좀 오래됐어요.

Otelin konumu gayet iyi fakat odalardaki halıların kesinlikle yenilenmesi lazım, alerjik olarak rahatsız etti, onun dışında herşey iyiydi,çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

Kamer was ruim en schoon. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

The rooms were large and clean although furniture and carpets were dated. The location was very close to the main train station and cathedral.

Muy buena ubicacion, tienes tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados y las atracciones turisticas muy cerca. Yo no tuve necesidad de tomar transporte publico desde que llegue. Toda el area turistica y puntos de interes estan muy cerca. El personal del hotel muy amable y muy serviciales; el equipaje lo puedes dejar en recepcion si llegas antes de tu check in o despues de tu check in para que aproveches tu tiempo en la visita.

Kivenheiton päässä rautatieasemalta. Erittäin ystävällinen, joustava ja mukava henkilökunta. Siisti huone, odotin yksin matkustavana pientä yhden hengen sänkyä, sain parisängyn. Hinta/laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Saavuin junalla (joka oli myöhässä) vasta kello 00.30 (viimeisin check in klo 23), mutta minua odotettiin ja sain erittäin ystävällisen, lämpimän ja tervetulleen vastaanoton. Kiitos 🙏❤️

Hótelið er gamalt og úr sér gengið. Stigagangur gamall , þröngur og gatslitin skítug teppi. Rúmin voru hrein.

Not sure why it’s rated as a 4-star hotel and has really good reviews. It was probably a great hotel 30 years ago but it’s old not really in a charming way and smells a bit musky. I thought I had filtered for hotels with AC and it turned out this hotel only had certain rooms with AC so book wisely. It was terrible when I had booked us there over the 38C heatwave thinking we’re getting a room with AC. Fortunately there was a fan and the windows can be opened wide. Reception staff is indeed very friendly and the location is close to the Hbf

The lady in front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was big and excellent.

Det var ok bra bemötande av personalen

Ich fand es für einen kurzen Wochenendausflug hat es gereicht. Man hat es gut gefunden und man war schnell am Dom. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Schade nur das kein Frühstück dabei war, aber man hat um die Ecke Bäcker und viele andere Möglichkeiten gehabt was zu essen.

Great stay very close to the Cathedral and the staff were extremely friendly!
