Our third time staying here. It’s the perfect distance to the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very clean. The only thing I would say needs work is the breakfast lacks a bit. But overall we love it!

We love to stay here! Several years in the making. Close to the beach, walking there several times a day, no problems. Family suite is our favorite and a must. AC is amazing and so refreshing after a hot day out! The beds and pillows are SO comfortable! Hotel staff also very nice. Bathrooms are good enough, water pressure could be better. We never run out of hot water, family of 4 here! We enjoy our stays here and look forward to next year! Thanks!

Great location with free parking

Pool was a lot smaller than photos suggested Was very deceptive Continental breakfast was basically the packaged patties Very disappointing Housekeeping did not clean room, even after two requests Elevator very and wi-fi signal was weak Rooms were nice size and clean

This was a lovely, clean property with the most wonderful employees! Everyone was so happy to help with any questions we had & they truly couldn’t have been nicer. The property was writhing walking distance of Rehoboth Avenue, the beach, & the boardwalk. Their continental breakfast was perfect as well. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Our 3 night stay over the 4th of July weekend was excellent! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Great location and convenient fast transport to and from the beach.

I really love the staff, they are so friendly and helpful!! The lady at the front desk and Kathy too were just awesome! The guy that did the shuttle and maintenance was fun and great too! The change in your breakfast is a damn shame. Last year was awesome and this year was pitiful!! The was a considerable reason I rebooked here!! It's a shame too, cause everything else I loved!

Friendly helpful staff. Shuttle to and from the beach. Big rooms. Nice pool. Basic breakfast.

The beds were so hard it made it hard to sleep. We've been here many times over the years and we were disappointed to see breakfast is now just "continental" without any warm protein and the partnership with the local gym is no longer. The rooms are no longer serviced unless requested, yet another disappointment. We will likely book one of the newly updated resorts next time.

Great trip!

The hotel pool was not very clean, you had to request housekeeping daily before 2pm and the Continental breakfast that used to be a hot breakfast is now only prepacked bagels and muffins with red delicious apples! Yuck. After requesting housekeeping multiple times and housekeeping not wanting to clean. Our housekeeper, Brenda asked us 3 times if we were sure we wanted our room cleaned or if we just wanted towels... She showed up after 4pm after we had already went and got our own towels and asked for a tip. For the price the accomodations were LACKING. Next time we will stay next door Tapestry for the same price...

Convenient location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Property was clean and front desk staff was great. Housekeeping was a little less than expected. Sun deck was funny, a locked door with a balcony to service HVAC units...

The Breakers is definitely one of our go-to places to stay when in Rehoboth Beach. Clean rooms, free parking, awesome location, friendly staff, free breakfast, I could go on and on!

Great vacation. The hotel was very clean and our room was perfect for our needs. Towels always available when asked for-which is all we normally want for our stay. Front desk we’re helpful and polite thanks Tory! All housekeeping kind and friendly as was the breakfast lady.. breakfast grab and go which again was great for us with kids - they love cereal and bagels. Coffee always fresh and ready. The free ride to the beach we all Loved and again everyone just super kind and nice. Pool on top floor was nice and always had fresh towels and was clean and never over crowded. Beach very close as well as the boardwalk and restaurants. We love Delaware and have been going for 10+ years. This is by far our favorite hotel. We will be back :)

The room had terrible mattresses (very “springy”) and a broken shower nozzle that did nothing but spray like a fire hose. Otherwise, staff was nice, hotel was clean, pool was enjoyable and location is amazing!
