service level, room cleanness was not good. a/c was not good so room was not cool in the end of august I'd rather stay in hotel juliana or narcisse le blanc where i stayed this summer

조용하고 아주 편안한 호텔. 에펠탑과 매우 가까워 걸어서 갈 수 있음. 전반적으로 매우 편안하고 고급스러운 느낌이였음. 다만 방이 좀 작음

외출 후 들어와보니 청소가 되어있었는데 욕실 물조절하는 손잡이 위에 먼지가 잔뜩 있는 더러운 검정 팬티가 걸려 있었습니다. 실내에 전화기는 먹통이고 처음 지급받은 방문키가 제대로 작동 하지 않아 교체 했지만 그래도 작동하지 않아서 고생했습니다

노틀담 인근에 를레크리스틴이 있다면 에펠 근처에서 단연 최고라 할 수 있는 장소에 위치하고 있습니다. 복도에서 창을 통해 에펠탑의 24시간을 볼 수 있으며 걸어서 3분정도 거리면 에펠이 보이는 그 잔디밭을 만날 수 있습니다. 신혼부부라는 사실을 알렸더니 컨시어지에서 샴페인 서비스도 준비해 주었습니다. 에펠탑 근처에 머무르신다면 고민없이 선택해도 좋읗 만한 서비스와 청결 그리고 룸컨디션을 갖춘 호텔입니다!!

Staff was absolutely top-tier! Would stay again immediately.

We did have to upgrade our room twice to get what we wanted. However the hotel was first class all the way.

Amazing stay great staff

10/10 — would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plus multiple metro stops and train stations nearby. The room itself was beautiful, and the staff were truly exceptional. We traveled with three young kids, and while it’s an upscale boutique hotel, it was still incredibly family-friendly. Our kids had a fantastic time. We also arrived early, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us by letting us use another room for a few hours so the kids could shower and nap. That level of kindness and flexibility made a huge difference. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the staff — they made our stay unforgettable.

Probably the nicest hotel and staff that we have ever experienced while on vacation. We loved this place. I can’t wait to go back.

The staff was excellent! The room was spacious and spotless. The WiFi was great. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel! Close to a lot of sightseeing!

The room had ample space, comfortable beds, clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was always ready to help - Bert was especially very attentive to our needs. Thank you for making our trip extra special.

One of the best hotel stays ever! The service by the staff was amazing. Any request was met with positive, “will do” attitudes. The breakfast was fantastic, the bar service excellent. The hotel is a short (less than 5 minute) walk from several excellent restaurants. My wife and I were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, the location, personal service, and our room. Definitely will be staying here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, the location. The room itself was just remarkable, the service from the employees at the front desk was beyond compare. Everything we needed was in walking distance. From the Eiffel Tower to the cute shopping District of Rue Cler. We were very close to the metro which we used frequently, this location, this hotel truly are the Gateway to Paris. We love the coffee maker in our room so much when we got home we bought one. Highly recommend this hotel.
