Cuartos limpios pero le hace falta urgentemente una renovación , las habitaciones lucen viejas y en mi caso la chapa del baño parece que se iba a salir sola.

Hotel muy viejo, poco estacionamiento

I checked in just before 3pm (check in). It was about 2:45p. I was sent up to my room but it was still being cleaned. We didn't get into our room until 3:30p. Since we got there a bit early we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the room be ready. They could have said it wasn't ready and we we would have gone to eat or something instead of wasting our time sitting in a dark hallway listen to the cleaning crew joke around. To be honest it bugged me.

Deberían de arreglar el Internet porque falla mucho y deberían de tener opción de poner Netflix en la tele o otras apps

Location is great. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Staff were efficient and attentive.

I like the location is very convenient. What I don't like is the condition of the property, everything looks old, they need a remodelation or at least replace the beds, TV's, carpets.

Personal muy amable y servicial, todo muy limpio. Las sabanas de la cama un poco viejas gastadas y con hoyos, pero limpias! El estacionamiento el dia Sabado muy lleno que no encontramos lugar! Tuvimos que estacionar el coche en la entrada del estacionamiento cubierto, eso no me gusto! Las albercas no son tan grandes como te muestran en las fotos del hotel!!!

Me gustó que está céntrico , y no me gustó que es antiguo el baño

Convenient location

It's a decent choice overall, this place may not be ideal if you're seeking something more upscale. It's a bit dated, and unfortunately, our air conditioning unit broke down during our stay. On the bright side, the staff is welcoming, and the location is fantastic.
