Mungkin karena habis pandemi jadi belum siap menerima tamu. Saya pwsen buat tamu dikomplain, hiks. Mulai dari air di kamar mandi ada yang tak berfungsi, kebersihan juga kurang, tidak dapat air mineral, ga ada sabun, sampo.

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and spacious, especially the bathroom, guess you could also sleep there hahaha. The pool was also nice and well-maintained. I love such nuance, perfect place for hideaway. Long story short, I unintentionally left my jacket in the closet and just realized right after coming back to my home. So I called them to make sure that the jacket was still there, and magically it was and they offered me to send the jacket. I’m so touched by their generosity. Would definitely go back there if I had a chance. And hope things will get better as they sort of losing visitor these days during pandemic.

Clean room and the surroundings, the breakfast was too modest, only toast + eggs cooked as you wish, a glass of juice and coffee/tea. there is no slipper in the room.

It's a bit hard to find this hotel. If you try to find it using GPS, the GPS will point you to Sagara Hotel, you need to drive a bit more East, around 100metres east. The entrance would be on the right if you come from Denpasar. The hotel is very quiet and people here are very nice, the only thing I regret is that this hotel doesnt have pool for kids, my kids would love to swim here, the pool is well maintained. Had good breakfast this morning. Room is also good, clean, well maintained, good aircon, nice hot shower. Thanks Rama Shinta Hotel
