Location is great, near Central Festival Department Store, near the beach. Surrounded by small convenience store and food stall. Room was spacious, big bathroom, bed is large. Drawback of the hotel is smell of the room or air con. It smell weird. Water pressure in the bathroom is great. WiFi signal is bad. You can connect to WiFi but it gets you nowhere. Not workable at all.
