Great experience!! Must stay if you are visiting with your family. SAFE AND IN VICINITY TO EVERYTHINg. Great customer service!!

We were greeted warmly and welcomed with kindness. The little room was perfect for a quick night stay.

clean , quaint and quiet place ! Super friendly staff with many great activities! If we are ever in town again we would stay again

Beds were old

Close to town and hot tub

Very hard beds. The pool steps very slimy and my friend hurt herself. Shower wasnt working and they had to let us use another room to shower. Staff that was there were nice. Just no manager to remedy the issue.

Parking was weird in the show and front counter staff was stoned but they were great. We would definitely go back.

This property is beautiful and affordable for this mountain getaway. I did not like that the indoor pool was FREEZING

Room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was lackluster (very little in terms of contents and amount first morning (e.g. slice of pre-packaged bread, small yogurt, orange juice). Second morning more variety, but not able to be utilized (e.g. cereal, but no milk; bagels, but no cream cheese, etc.).

Everything was perfect and 200% recommended. I just didn't like the breakfast.

Overall, our stay was great. Friendly and helpful checkin, great location and room was clean. Only downside was that the indoor pool had been drained and out of service the day we got there. Kind of a bummer because we literally switched hotels so that we could have one with an indoor pool especially because it was spring break week. Other than that, our stay was great.

Beds were comfortable! There were a couple areas that didn't appear to have been cleaned. We chose this place because of the indoor pool and were disappointed to find out it wasn't open, but they did offer a nearby community center to use

We selected this hotel over other options because of the indoor pool. Thru don’t have an indoor pool, the hotel next door does and they share. But the hotel next door has closed the pool for maintenance, so currently no pool at all. Popcorn and smores in the lobby were nice.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had a bit of mountain/lodge character to it. Everything in the room & bathroom looked like it had been recently updated with new stylish fixtures, and the King size bed was firm & comfy. I didn't try the free continental breakfast, but all in all, this was a wonderful value for the price I paid. And it is about a three minute drive from downtown Estes and the shops & restaurants, and about 10 mins from the National Park.
