Hotel room was ok but the room was hotter than hell. The window could not be left open as it was on the busiest road in France. They did provide a fan but it should be air conditioned. We will not stay there again

Système de fermeture des portes de chambres peu aisé pour les personnes âgées. Chambres chaudes avec ventilateur inutiles. Pas de papier toilette dans une des chambres. Ascenseur en panne le matin donc difficile de circuler entre les étages pour les personnes âgées. Petit déjeuner sans saveur. Hotel éloigné de la citadelle sans aucun charme ni confort et donc cher par rapport aux services. Pour avoir dormi dans différents ibis style, c'est le.plus décevant. A éviter si on est avec des enfants ou des personnes âgées. En revanche le personnel du petit déjeuner était accueillant.

Whenever getting the ferry from St Malo we have a night here! Lovely staff, room perfect for a night, car garage secure, and walkable to the town. Breakfast always well stocked and fresh.

This was a good room for the ferry port. Trying to arrange parking was a little challenging however the car park was great. Would stay again.

The room was clean but had an unpleasant musty stink to it, so I aired the room for a couple of hours whilst I went out for the evening. The hotel location, while convenient for the ferry, is pretty unpleasant with heavy traffic outside. I did go explore the nearby harbour and Solidor tower where I found a few restaurants, but parking was tricky. Overall I would recommend staying within the city walls instead.

Une climatisation serait un plus

Family room was a good size for four adult sized people. I missed the fact that there was no air con in the rooms so it was very warm but fans had been provided. Sofa bed was very creaky and not particularly comfortable but I often find that with sofa beds. Tea and coffee making facilities are in reception, not the room we stayed in. Was fine. Choice of leaf teas and a little bag to brew it in was cute. You could help yourself to as many as you wanted theoughout the day. Instant coffee not great. Breakfast was fine. Proper bean coffee was available. Lots of choice including healthy options like granola, seeds and dried and fresh fruit. Some of the crockery was not very clean. The receptionists were all lovely, smiley and helpful. Great that they all spoke English so well. Overall, not a bad stay for one night whilst we waited for the ferry. Not really conformable enough for anymore than that. Little bit expensive for the facilities and standard.

It was a 15 minutes walk to the old town and train station. There’s parking and bikes can be hired at the hotel. The breakfast was good and staff helpful.

Personnel très accueillant! Déjeuner inclus très généreux ! À quinze minutes à pied des attraits touristiques. Seul petit bémol: pas de climatisation (mais ventilateur fourni).

Séjour satisfaisant. Parking intégré à 13 euros la nuit. Petit déjeuner continental très correct. Personnel de l'accueil agréable.

Hôtel très propre, personnel très professionnel et de bons conseils.

Staff at reception were extremely helpful when we arrived and needed to sort out some food on a busy Saturday evening. Room also very clean.

L'accueil est toujours impeccable Le petit dejeuner est de tres bonne facture, de bons produits cest agréable ! Chambre avec vue sur st malo est un +
