룸 상태는 매우 좋았으며 메인 광장과의 거리도 괜찮았다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 노상 주차였지만 짊을 옮기는데 불편하진 않았다. 가족 여행으로는 만족스러운 곳 이었다.

It was very clean and comfortable and secured. Near the hotel there's many restaurant and supermarket, bakeries. But it was too far away from the station by a walk, if you want to stay here you should check the transportation. It's hard to find a taxis in Nancy.

시내 중심가와 조금 떨어져있지만 걸어가기에 무리없는 위치. 음식을 해 먹을 수 있는 주방시설이 마음에 듬. 건물내 주차장에 자리가 없을 시에는 건물 바로 앞에 주차장을 이용해야 하는데, 조금 걸어갈 수 있음. 가격대비 만족도가 높음.

Très bon lieu de séjour pour profiter de Nancy: localisation proche du centre, personnel très agréable, chambre confortable, propre et bien équipé, bon petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Great position, a few steps from the city center. Staff was welcoming and super-gentle. Room was small but comfortable and clean.

Leider kein warmes Wasser im Bad

Auf den Bildern sah alles sehr gut aus. Aber wie es oft so ist, trifft das in der Realität dann nicht so zu. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich einfach und wie in unserem Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Für eine Nacht geht das in Ordnung. Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Very disappointing. Room size was very small, the AC and refrigerators didn't work, and nobody at front desk on weekends after 6 PM. Upon checkout, we notified the staff of the AC and fridge problems. We were told that the rooms don't actually have AC but have "Air Cooling" which is designed to keep the room 2 degrees cooler than outside. In reality, the room was about 10 degrees warmer than the outside temp.

Hôtel propre et très agréable.

The units and the common areas are very clean. The rooms and the bathrooms are large but Spartan. For a room this size, there is barely any furniture, no shelves, no hooks, and only two tiny hooks in the bathroom. However, the apartments are fully equipped with everything one needs to make a meal. The breakfast area is small and is right next to the reception and guests drag their luggage right next to the tables; the breakfast offerings are more than adequate and varied. The communications are poor: not one of my messages was ever answered, and the reception personnel was brash. The AC was not really functioning and when I complained, I was told that "this is not America". The location of the hotel is very close to all the main attractions and the building has limited parking in the basement, a huge advantage.

L’appartement est espacieux, bien équipé et propre. Il n’y a pas de moquette donc c’est déjà plus hygiénique. La procedure d’arrivée en dehors des horaires d’ouverture de la reception est très facile

Personnel accueillant, chambre disposant tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Propre et spacieux.

Première expérience dans un aparthotel : pratique, propre, calme , bien situé : nous renouvellerons.

séjour convenable et peu confortable. la porte de couloir étant juste à côté de la porte de la chambre, ne faisait que claquer à chaque passage d'autres clients, juste insupportable ... Le confort des matelas et oreillers sont à revoir, matelas très durs et oreiller beaucoup trop gonflés ! L'accueil est parfait et agréable manque de confort évident pour un séjour calme et reposant !
