Very beautiful and tranquil place!

Only complaint was the room had a real bad sewer smell coming from the shower!

The property and the ocean view and beach were great.Only thing about the room was the shower drain wasn't very good.The water would puddle quite a bit.

Muy bonito hotel. Bien ubicado. El personal de la alberca muy amable y atento. La alberca y los jacuzzis de 10. La cafetera estaba dañada se reportó y la cambiaron. Falta un poco más de agua caliente en la ducha.

Great little place right on the sand. You're trading quality for location, which isn't bad, but be aware of the tradeoff. The unit itself wasn't very clean, but if you bring house shoes, you'll be alright. You can't beat the location. For short stays, this is a great place to be.

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. There is an in room safe and good size kitchen with basic utensils and full size freezer/fridge. Staff is very friendly and we are by the pool and in the restaurant and both were delicious! The view at sunset was beautiful

The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping is very minimal, you can barely tell that your room was cleaned other than the beds are made. There is no dishwasher, they hand wash the few dishes available in the residence.

Si quieres desconectarte y relajarte esta es una excelente opción para un fin de semana largo o vacaciones de pareja … el personal super avale y en el restaurante Wilma Siempre te atenderá con una sonrisa increíble. Esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en menos de 1 mes y ambas estancias han sido excelentes.

Great location, great restaurant staff!

Piscine agréable. Beaucoup d'enfants, trop d'enfnants. La piscine est ouvertes aux externes. Belle vue depuis le restaurant. Cadre idyllique. Le café (CAD 6) est imbuvable. Les prix du restaurant sont prohibitifs. Chambre spacieuse mais manque de finitions : pas de miroir dans la salle de bain, pas de porte/mur entre les toilettes et la chambre (!!), impossible de comprendre comment fonctionnent les interupteurs. Serrure cassée à notre arrivée. 3 petites bouteilles d'eau pour l'ensemble du séjour. Au delà de ces inconvénients, nous avons dans l'ensemble passé un bon séjour.

Location was nice, right on the beach. Cerritos itself is kinda weird. Felt like a pop-up beach town mixed with the days leading up to a festival? The pool was nice and big but lots of kids and screaming. The rooms were super bare bones. Only one night stand provided so I had to put my stuff on the floor next to my bed. No hanging rod or hangers in the closet. No light in the closet. No hooks anywhere except for one in the bathroom. A beach hotel with no hooks? The floor felt slimy all the time and the provided shampoo and soap was out of a dispenser that could have been in a truck stop restroom, very chemical smelling. Maybe saw some mouse poop on the floor and the bed a couple times? Didn't want to think about it. They also expected us to wear paper wrist bands during our stay? Very odd. Location on the beach was nice though, and we saw a ton of whales, which was awesome.

Beautiful, idyllic, peaceful. A joy to be there. Maid service and waiters could have been a bit better, but they didn't detract from the overall splendid experience.
