The only two things that made me want to stay at this place are: 1. The onsen: The outdoor mix onsen was spectacular, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. The indoor onsens were meh and old 2. Cheap: It is the cheapest ryokan with onsen at Niseko. Two disatisfactions: 1. Breakfast: It was just ok. 2. Room size: small, but the room is cheap, what more can you ask for the price? If you don't care about the room size and breakfast and you just want to enjoy onsen. You are in for a great deal

Terlalu jauh dengan tempat ski

Hotel building and interior a little bit old. And I think they need renovation and renew all furniture. I am so thankful, because they're upgrade my room into the bigger size. It was so good. They have onsen, snack store, vending machine section. In case you need snack you can buy it. Because there's no konbini near that location. Their station pick up facility and shuttle to ski resort was so useful. You can arrange your pick up time one day before if you want. The breakfast was so great.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in Niseko Grand Hotel. The hotel was nice even though it was quite far from Hirafu Center but they provide a free shuttle bus. I love their in-door and out-door onsen. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The staff were accommodating especially the young lady in receptionist I forgot to ask for her name. Downside is the wifi connection was bad. Our entire stay was awesome.

Very nice indoor and outdoor onsen. The buffet breakfast was nice.

Nice and clean if I have a chance I will be there again
