Clean and good rooms. Coordial staff. Room ameneties to be dealt early if pointed out for lapses or fault. Thanks to management for cooperation. Reception staff and room service are very very nice.

Very small rooms. Clean rooms. Very inconvenient to reach because the elevator was still under repair.

Hotel has installed water heating boiler on the roof which is very much noisy. Was allotted Room on 6th Floor and noise was so high (early morning 5 am) that one can not sleep. Seems that Boiler is of very old technology

DISAPPOINTED SERVICE

I paid a lot of money for the premium deluxe room, but the room I was put in was on second floor with terrible views of a construction site. As per their elevator information panel, the room I was assigned was deluxe and not premium deluxe. When I mentioned this to the front desk I was told that some rooms on second floor are premium deluxe, I am not sure if I believe that because there was nothing premium in the view I got from my room. Also, no microwave in my premium deluxe room 🤔. The breakfast served in the lobby in morning was very good, thoroughly enjoyed that. I think the staff needs to be certainly more professional. They are gossiping and giggling, very unprofessional.

Room os not sound proof. You can hear all the music from next door party plot. It gets very loud in the night time

The hotel is extremely good and great value for money. The restaurant serves vide variety of cuisine. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Overall its a great place to stay.

My stay was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and so was the rooftop restaurant.

Good location, breakfast was good but too small . The facility was a bit old but good enough for business . The hotel security had nice inspectation every time. But the rate is much better than Blu. Very easy to check out when use Expedia booking.
