The hotel is in a very convenient location for access to restaurants and stores. It was clean and bright, and the pool gave a beautiful view of the ocean. A very comfortable experience.

Cleaning staff were amazing, the whole place is spotless. great location on the beach close to everything.

Staying 2 nights the staff accommodation for a quiet room perfect they had a gentleman bring up my luggage and show me how the remotes work for tv and lights

En general todo bien, solo tienen que mejorar la fumigación

El lugar está muy bonito y agradable, todo muy cómodo y confortable, la alberca una maravilla, lo único que les pediría mejorar es la actitud del personal, la mayoría son muy malencarados y parece que te hablan enojados, pero sería el único punto a mejorar.

Staff and hotel, in general, was very good. Great location. However, the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on.

La atención del personal de recepción fue decadente, el sensor contra incendios estuvo sonando toda la noche, la reporté para que me lo cambiaran y me dijeron que no había nadie que lo hiciera, la segunda noche lo mismo.. las camas se ven sucias, las sábanas y toallas, percudidas y deshilachadas, la persona que nos hizo el check in, cero accesible.. encontramos una cucaracha en el cuarto… los únicos amables fueron las personas del restaurante aunque la comida no está tan bien… no regreso

Way to expensive for what they offer. Pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The place is still under construction with no elevator from the parking area, no carts for the suitcases, the oldest towels in town and the restaurant can't handle more than a few customers.

Le otorgue promedio porque le falta un poco de limpieza en la bóveda y pintura. Y el Restaurante me gustaría que estuviera en un lugar más adecuado y No a la pasada de Recepción. Por lo demás me pareció bien. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Gracias

In the add say that it has parking lot and is not what advertised, we have to parked our car in the street because is only 4 spots in the parking lot. It was no hot water we stay there and since day one we asked for someone to come and fix it, until the next day they show up. And they never fix the hot water issue. The air conditioning system made a lot of noise all night not sure why, we reported all this and nothing was fix. I will not recommend this place.
